Pam at the checkout counter was amazing! I stopped in to buy a Sympathy card after buying flowers (from another store) for a guest at my hotel. Pam took special care to bag my flower arrangement, as she noticed the box was leaking water. She was very kind and friendly and made my day!

Come here alot before and sometimes after work. Usually I get great customer service, but today it wasn't so great. Needed help.with headphones because they locked up in a case and no one was able to help me. The cashier told me to go downstairs to get someone to help, THATS NOT MY ,to run around the store.

Even with a busy, crowded store, Haylon at the photo counter was quick, efficient, and made sure my passport photos came out perfectly. His friendly attitude and great customer service made the whole experience easy.

Great help and service in the pharmacy…..Also kind help looking for shaving needs…I was happy to find Walgreens in downtown DC, close to the Metro stop.

2 story Walgreens. Has all the stuff you would expect though the register people could be more friendly as the stock person was very friendly and helpful other wise I'd have only given 1 star
