Paying customer refused sanitary restroom. Visited this Walgreens 6/3 ~1:30pm to buy a gatorade and use the restroom. Restroom offered was littered with debris and smelled offensively of feces. There was another restroom available but was refused by two staff members and the manager due to the 2nd restroom being for “patients only”. I asked the manager if he could make an exception due to the unsanitary nature of the first restroom and he refused to give me response and very rudely walked away from me. Manager could have made an exception, due to the unsanitary nature of the first restroom, or arranged for the first restroom to be cleaned. Neither was offered. Very disappointed by the level of customer service exemplified by this location. I would not recommend patronizing this establishment if you intend on using the restroom or expect friendly interactions with management

I don't usually give bad comments but I think this is reasonable to inform the management. It takes almost an hour to get a vaccine. I am already in their system but still it takes almost an hour. No person in line or customer waiting in the counter. I think, management should address this kind of situations.

Place an order here online for photo printing, only to receive an automated notice that my photo prints have been delayed, when I called the store I got an automated AI assistant that told me the store doesn’t do photos and no matter what I did I wasn’t able to speak to a real person. This review is more for Walgreens as a whole and they’re awful automated phone system, and customer service. I will now have to figure out how to get a refund for these photos.

I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for 40 minutes. There has been “one caller ahead” of me for more than 30 minutes. Clearly, they are ignoring their phones. Obviously, it’s not important to this Walgreens that patients can access their life-saving medications. Walgreens should be ashamed.

I dislike leaving bad reviews but feels it's necessary at times in order to warn others about the location. As a delivery driver, it is very inconvenient that they keep many items locked up and there is no way to ask for assistance unless you go to the go to the register or find an associate in the aisle to help you. It does indeed make it somewhat difficult to shop when we have to scan and verify multiple items but I can get through it with courtesy. Though what is bothering me the most about this location is that there is a very rude security guard who is working at the location. I don't know his name yet to file an official complaint yet but he is an An African gentleman who seems to have too much time on his hands. I only went to this location to pick up medicine for my niece who had a fever. As soon as I walked into the store, he started to discretely (or so he thought) following me around the store. I was looking at children's fever medicine in the aisle for maybe five minutes before he finally walked over and asked me if I needed help with anything. I initially thought he wanted to assist me in actually finding the product I wanted. But instead, he had told me to just go ask someone up front. I said I was fine and was currently just looking at the medicine and he repeatedly kept trying to deliberately make me get an associate instead of just looking through the one aisle by myself. Anyone would deny it, but I immediately knew what he was insinuating. It was late that night and I was out alone, so for safety reasons as a woman, I purposely dress down so that no one will harass me, yet I go to this Walgreens an hour before closing, only to be harassed here instead. I was literally trying to respectfully tell him to just let me look at the items in peace but he literally kept hovering over me with an increasingly unpleasant attitude trying to get me out of the store as soon as possible. I know for a fact that is not normal and I have been to multiple Walgreens locations in various states. I can understand that the store is in a high crime area but that doesn't give you the right to harass patrons just because they are dressed in a way that you think makes them more likely to steal. It was cold too, hence why I was in a large coat. If my niece hadn't gotten sick, then I would have just left without buying anything because he made me very uncomfortable. It actually saddens me to know that people like him immediately make assumptions about others based on what they look like in a brief passing. I would have also complained directly at the front but a line formed behind me. I would never step foot in this location again. If it was possible I'd leave less than 0 stars. The hostile and deplorable attitude at the time was beyond shocking. 🙄
