She takes the time to understand every concern and always works to find a solution. Her dedication is the reason I continue to visit this pharmacy. She is truly an outstanding asset to CVS.

Store Location 1403 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20007 on Sat 11/29/25 At this time, the pharmacy area was not busy. I rang the bell for assistance to purchase an over-the-counter allergy medication and waited at the counter for approximately 30 minutes. No one from the staff appeared to assist me. Eventually, I walked to the main cashier area to ask for help. The cashier I spoke with was rude and dismissive, instructing another employee to assist me. When I mentioned that I had been waiting for half an hour and asked if the bell announcement was audible, the employees did not respond, as both appeared to be engaged with their personal cell phones. This experience reflects a severe lack of professionalism and a failure to provide basic customer service. The staff's behavior of ignoring a customer while on their personal devices is unacceptable. — be kind people!

Have used this branch of CVS for some 10 yrs for my pharmacy needs. Always helpful and gone out of their way to source my various medications on time. Particularly helpful on my most recent visits with friendly and prompt response to my needs. Thanks

Bad customer service, they say it should be open at 7:00 am on business days and you try to walk in at 7:15 am and they tell you rudely We Are Not Open Yet! Then why you are here in our neighbourhood?! Vendors gathered every morning waiting for a lazy staff to let them in! The lucky vendor is the one who manage to get in at 7:15 am after waiting outside for long time. With this customer service quality your present is not welcomed! Never will go there again..
