Another horrible experience to add to these reviews and the staff in the pharmacy at this Walgreens. I literally was on hold for a hour and half and I drove up there expecting them to be with 1. SUPER BUSY or 2. Low on staff well I arrive at store and there isn't a customer in the drive thru or in the waiting area. Emma begins cutting me off telling me how she just got here as I had to wait on her to even acknowledge me after she was giving a run by run episode of her personal life. I get being busy I get being under staffed what I don't get is arriving at a place with 4 staff members behind the pharmacy counter and I'm still on hold and being ignored at the counter???? Like what??? So sad that I can't move my medicine closer to me and if I wasn't waiting on a medication that I had to have I would've moved it. If Walgreens is a corporation then they need to address these issues on a corporate front. My next call is finding out who runs this place because completely unacceptable. Every other Walgreens in town answers within atleast the first hr of you being on hold. This one a hour and half and still no answer and I was standing at their counter with zero customers.!!!!!

This location apparently can’t staff a pharmacy. Which I can understand, but STOP TAKING PRESCRIPTIONS if you aren’t able to fill them. Some medications are time sensitive and you can’t rely on a pharmacy that randomly closes with no warning. I was using a different Walgreens pharmacy location until that one closed. They took a week to reach out to me letting me know my prescription wouldn’t be filled, luckily it wasn’t for anything urgent.

Is there a score lower than one? I had my prescription sent there and they don't accept my insurance for this medication. No problem. I requested a transfer to another pharmacy. They've sat on it for days. They won't answer their phone. I'm going to have to have my doctor cancel and resubmit to a functional pharmacy. Thankfully this isn't critical medication.

I have to share the sentiment of most of the reviews of this pharmacy. The first time I went in the most wonderful person was working at the pharmacy. She greeted and knew every customers name. Truly exceptional. Since then I've had nothing but problems with this location. They're only open maybe 2 days a week. They are unhelpful and uncaring. I now have to drive at least 5 miles further to another Walgreen's with rude personnel to fill my prescription. Shut this location down and build a CVS or something

I had 3 providers submit prescriptions to this location. I received no communication by phone, text, email, or app, and received only one of the meds. One was an insurance issue, but the last was just non-existent, even though another location informed me over the phone that the script was received by this location. I was completely unable to reach this location by phone
