I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this Walgreens. Unfortunately, it hasn't been great. On my first visit to pick up a prescription, I specifically asked if a medication (X) was included, and they confirmed it was. I got home, only to realize X was missing. What should’ve been a quick 15-minute trip ended up taking 45 minutes, thanks to the mistake on their end. The second time, I waited in the prescription pick-up lane for over 30 minutes with no one at the window. When someone finally showed up, they refused to give me needles through the drive-thru, insisting I come inside. This seems like a policy issue that really needs to be reconsidered, as it again costed me more time. Additionally, the overall store environment is a bit rundown, and the staff has consistently been unhelpful and rude. After several negative experiences, I’ve decided to switch to a different Walgreens, and I will not be returning here. It's a shame because I expected more from this chain, but the pharmacy management really needs some improvement.

I went to Walgreens today for a passport photo and Forest was genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. He made sure everything passed, made sure I loved my photo, and made me feel 110% comfortable! I couldn’t have asked for someone nicer to help me with my photos!

This store has always been my favorite in town. Jacklyn is an amazing store associate who carries great customer service! She never fails to make me feel welcome when I get groceries, photos done, or simply just looking around. I have also noticed the other associates have been there for a long and that truly says a lot. They have a great team and with that said I’ll forever be shopping here!

Every time I stop by this Walgreens, Melissa and Nyla are the absolute sweetest. They’re patient, upbeat, and somehow make even a quick errand feel like catching up with friends. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who walk in — they go out of their way to help, even when it’s busy. The store just feels brighter when they’re there.

The pharmacy was on point. I went through the drive up and the pharmacist was very kind. A few days later I went inside and again just and easy experience. Thank you Walgreens.
