My go to Walgreens location. I've learned the staff has a very return attitude culture here so I have never had any issues with them, both pharmacy and front of store staff. When treated with respect they are extremely helpful and willing to work with people, especially the members of management. Pharmacy and photo is very fast and cashiers are very friendly.

I've been using this pharmacy for over five years and I have seen it declined and the customer service through the years. I was upset and aggravated because I left my job early to come and pick up my son's medication. Who's diabetic I get to the pharmacy and Summer the technician says to me there's nothing for my son, remind u I call the day prior and spoke to another female. One thing I can't tolerate is incompetence, u do not tell someone to come the next day but then tell them there's nothing for them. Not only have I had to put up with the changes on their time for example on presidents day weekend they had assigned that said tomorrow will be open. I came the next day they weren't open and the hours of operation are only to 8 PM and remind you that don't work Sundays. God forbid u have an emergency on Sunday and need a pharmacist. Some other times I had to place refills in different pharmacies because they don't have what I need but then your prescription stays at the other pharmacy because they never transfer it back unless you request six or seven times.

This location has been in a steady decline for sometime. Sometimes they are randomly closed for mere staffing issues and other times when they can't get your Rx, there is no communication until you call asking for an update. The last Rx I tried to fill I was simply told, (after waiting over a week with no communication) we are having trouble getting it, you might want to try somewhere else with no added suggestion on the issue at hand, why, or when it might resolve. Not to mention it is very hit or miss if you get someone friendly at the window, or if you will be treated as another interruption in their day. I transferred my prescriptions and will not be returning. Walgreens used to be so dependable, but not so much the last couple of years.

For the love of God find a different Walgreens. They just leave med orders in “submitted” and don’t actually fill it. They also cancel orders for insurance issues without notifying you. I’ve used Walgreens my whole life and have NEVER had this bad of an experience.

This Walgreens pharmacy is by far the worst place ever. All the workers are so rude and incompetent, they really need to shut this place down. The professionalism is unacceptable
