Walgreens is The worst pharmacy in Colorado. After waiting 30 minutes in line I got up the window and they just put a board up saying they're closed for 30 minutes. This is not a way to run a business. I heard a rumor they were going out of business. I've seen a lot of them have closed in the city. I hope they go all the way out of business.

Walgreens in Security is well stocked and convenient. Took longer than usual to checkout this time - a customer had a LOT of stuff to purchase and the line backed up. Once Debbie arrived, she helped clear up the backup. She reminded me I had rewards. I used $20 which took are of the majority of my purchase. Thanks Debbie for the great service!

Wouldn't give any stars if I had the choice. The pharmacy is TERRIBLE with communicating with providers, with filling meds BEFORE they've had the refill A-Okay/refill request in for 5+ days (which happened nearly every month), with actually having medication IN STOCK! I can't imagine having a medication that keeps you alive and having to rely on this pharmacy to fill them. This place was ridiculous and there has not been one Walgreens in Colorado Springs that has been any better. Switching to the Walmart pharmacy was one of the best things I could have done after dealing with multiple Walgreens pharmacies

I have been a customer here for over 6 years and I have to say the pharmacy is the worst I've ever seen. Constantly rude and unprofessional Pharmacy staff, my doctor calls in prescriptions and they have to go on a treasure hunt in their system. Absolutely no customer service and manners what so ever. I called because they said there were no refills when they had 5 refills on a prescription and the person hung up the phone on me. I will be transferring all of my family prescriptions to another pharmacy tomorrow.

I am very appreciative of my Walgreens on Main St. in Security, CO. My discontent is the main company advertisement of a product giving $10. rewards on the next visit when $25. is spent and the product is $24.99. If I want one of a product, I do not want to spend $49.98 to get the special offer.
