The kindest employees were running the whole store today. Very understaffed. They were wonderful, so incredibly kind considering the situation they were forced into. The place was busy with a line at checkout, the employee was working as fast as she could while still being so sweet to everyone. Shame on Walgreens for putting them in this situation. If you GREEDY people would PAY YOUR WORKERS A LIVABLE WAGE then you wouldn’t run into these problems. Greedy selfish company that sells the most outrageously overpriced products and then forcing your employees to work in these conditions. Give them both raises. Do better.

It would be very helpful if the pharmacy starts staying open later! I get off work too late to pick up my perceptions and every time I try to call I cannot get through. One day I ran out of 1 of my very important medications and needed it transferred from a different Walgreens that was nowhere close to where I live and I couldn't get through on the phone to this pharmacy and I waited over 30 minutes. I finally had no other choice but to hang up and drove all the way across town to get my perception from the other pharmacy I used to get my perceptions from

On there survey it didn't leave a place to leave any positive notes about the associate. So I figured I'd pop in here and say that Valeria did a fantastic job, even given that the item I was picking up was sensitive in nature she remained professional and friendly. Great attitude and a friendly personality, she will go far!

The pharmacy here is terrible. They never have my medication ready when they say they will and I have had to wait DAYS to pick it uo. They lie when you call to make sure they have the amount to fill it, im always on the phone for 30+ minutes just to talk to someone, and the lines inside and out always take half hour to an hour to get through. They move like they have all the time in the world and like there's no point in getting people taken care of, like your time isnt important to them. Do NOT use this pharmacy. They do not care about their customers.
