I wish there was a 0 star option. This is , BY FAR, the most inefficient and slow pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been here several times and if it’s not their slow customer service, it’s an error with fulfilling the order. SUCKS! AVOID THIS PHARMACY.

Consistent with many other reviews here, the pharmacist’s behavior is a serious issue. Because my prescription didn't come from a standard doctor's office, I needed basic help navigating the billing, but getting that assistance was an incredibly frustrating ordeal. After being left on hold for 30 minutes, I called back and reached a highly impatient, dismissive pharmacist. She was unable to answer my questions and insisted I bring my discount card information in person, directly contradicting the instructions I had to call it in. When I arrived, the pharmacy technician was the exact opposite—friendly, professional, and eager to help. They took my discount info and gave me a clear timeline. However, at pickup, the pharmacist again refused to engage with me. When the helpful technician tried to relay my question to her, the pharmacist didn't even make eye contact and simply snapped, "It's in the box." For many people, navigating medications is stressful and high-stakes. Dealing with a healthcare professional this dismissive is demoralizing, and it entirely spoils the hard work of the great staff out front. Take your business elsewhere until this location addresses its pharmacy management.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy tech at the window looked like she had no idea what she wasn’t doing, it took so long to get through the line. Then another tech got on the phone and was extremely rude to me along with the pharmacist as well. I’ve spent hours (4+) on the phone and in line waiting to speak with the pharmacy, had multiple scripts sent over, waited twice in the drive through line for almost an hour each time. This place is really horrible, I’ll never be back. They treat patients like crap. I hope they get new customer service training.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. And that includes Walmart. There are very few things that make me miss living in rural Ohio. This Walgreens is one of them. They are incompetent and always understaffed. Sometimes the line is literally halfway to the front of the store. They always tell customers incorrect information and none of them seem to know how any of their systems work. They are always late at everything because they spend all their time figuring out what mistake they made and then another 30 minutes figuring out how to fix it. It's always a bad day whenever I have to pick up prescriptions here. If my meds were available and my insurance accepted anywhere else, I would leap at the opportunity. Ideas for passing the time in line: 1) count HIPAA violations, 2) write a review in the vain hope it might make a difference Edit: It's a week or two later and here I am again. In line for 20 minutes. The line stretches past the freezer section. I miss my wife and child. I hope to see them again before I die of boredom.

Why do they even have you schedule a time to get a vaccine? I made appointments for two of my children to get flu shots. I showed up for the appointment 10 minutes early and got checked in and then waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time before my kids got their vaccines. The nurse who gave the vaccines was really really good. That’s the only reason I am not giving one star. It was overall a really frustrating experience. It’s on a Sunday and the pharmacy was not busy.
