THE STARS ARE FOR THE STAFF IN THE FRONT, NOT THE PHARMACY. I love the staff but i go off Lexington to get my scripts. Yes, i drive from fountain. It's close to 40 mins. Considering i would be in line waiting longer than that to get a script from this location(off fountain mesa) i don't mind the drive. Oh! That's IF they have the medication. They would lead you to think the medication they are using to fill your script is coming from their personal medication. I would even catch myself apologizing for bothering them when i called to check on my script, because their tone is one of irritation. Last straw i waited 3 days for my for my pain medication to be filled, and for 3 days i was told they didn't have it. I called 2 other locations to see if they had my medication and they informed me that fountain mesa was not out. TRANSLATION: instead of giving me 120 pills needed to fill my script, they chose to lie to me, saying they were out, and in actuality filling lower scripts (they could fill three 30 count scripts with the 120 count that i needed). And this happened for 2 months before i notified my doctor. Also they cant count days in a month so count your medication. I called the corporate location and filed a complaint with The Colorado State Board of Pharmacy (under DORA). Im not going to be made to fell like I'm bothering them, or i have to wait until they feel I'm worthy of my script to "choose" to fill it. I'm not going to come undone or get ignorant. I'm going to have you defending your license and looking for another job. Kinda hard to play God with people when you don't have money for your own basic needs because you are waiting for those unemployment payments to kick in huh?

I am forced to give them one star. I would give it a zero if allowed. I have never had good experiences with Walgreens. But this is by far the worst run one I have been too. Only came here because I needed a prescription filled on Sunday. They told me two hours. Came back after two and half hours. I was told to come back in another two hours. At least part of the issue is short staffing. Why is it ok to have one person running drive thru and inside? While waiting its hard not to notice how unclean this store is. Back in the pharmacy it looks like its been a month since the floors were mopped.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the amazing team at Walgreens. My young son lost his small navy bear in the store—something incredibly special to him, as it was a gift from his older brother who is in the Navy. We called and went back that same evening, and the staff was so kind and attentive. Multiple team members took the time to help us search, and their compassion truly meant a lot to our family. Although we didn’t find it that night, I returned the next day, and once again, the level of care and teamwork was incredible. Staff from every area—the pharmacy, photo department, cashiers, and even the manager—went above and beyond to help look. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to find the bear. It may seem like a small item, but to my five-year-old, it means everything. I am so grateful for the kindness, patience, and dedication shown by everyone in the store. Thank you all for making such a difference for our family.

I had two or three genuinely frustrating experiences with this pharmacy and won’t be returning. The staff came across as consistently rude and unhelpful, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Getting a prescription filled took far longer than it should have, and there was little to no communication about delays. The lines are almost always long, and it’s clear the place is understaffed, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of organization or basic customer service. What really stood out was how they couldn’t provide even a rough estimate of when medications would be ready—it felt like everything was disorganized and uncertain. Overall, this pharmacy made a simple process far more difficult than necessary. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time and expect a reasonable level of service.

If i could write a zero rating i will. I waited for 2 hours on the drive through and I was told that my prescription is not ready even i explained that I got a text and email that my prescription is ready. I called because i need my prescription they said it is ready so i need to go back since i want my prescription. I think kindness to the customers is much very appreciated which they never showed! Very rude and not helpful
