I use the pharmacy very often an I'm very happy with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They have gone out of their way several times for me. As far as the store, it's clean and stocked, although I pretty much use the pharmacy or photo on occasion.

A prescription was placed that I didn't need anymore, so I canceled it. It reappeared. I cancel again. I end up canceling 4 separate times. When I went to pick up other prescriptions, they charged me for the canceled script. When I called for a refund, I was told to take it up with my doctor. This pharmacy is not to be trusted.

This has been my neighborhood Walgreens for 16 years. I purchased one Easter Item which had a discount tag of 25% off. At the checkout, I said aloud, "The discount did not register" as the POS device completed the sale. The store was empty so I took a photo of the yellow discount tag, confirmed the item title, ounces, and description to confirm a match and that I did not make a mistake. I returned to the register and the attendant took a moment and agreed. But she was unable to issue the 25% refund or to make a correction without scanning the back of my driver's license. I replied that I did not need my license to purchase the item, the computer has made an error, it's marked as discounted, and I was asking to be charged the correct amount. A manager Brandon was summoned. He also stated they needed to scan my driver's license for a return of more than $10. I replied I'm not returning it. I'm asking to be charged IAW with the 25% Easter discount sticker read. Alas The Manager had no capability to issue a refund or correct the error without accessing my Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Brandon walked away with the remark, "Well, you bought it." It's hard for me to believe a Walgreen Manager does not have a tool in their toolkit to correct for a relatively common 25% discount or to allow me to return an item if the item was correctly marked as 25% off on the shelf but the computer did not reflect as such at checkout. On a related note, during the time it took me to take a photo and confirm I did not make an error, another fellow came in with the comment "It seems more expensive than it should have been" and had the attendant pull his discarded receipt from the trash. Same situation. Only a computer error in that the April 5th discount of 25% off was not showing at checkout (there was never any human error), but nevertheless, a manager should be able to correct the problem without scanning a DL. TY for reading. We live about 3-4 minutes away; last time I visit this store b/c the nearby King Soopers has all the same items.

What is up with this site? I fool myself into going in here every six months or so, and every time, i remember why I avoid this place like the plague. The pharmacy has bizarre random hours. The “offer” other services like passport photos and FedEx drop off by thier is usually one employee in the whole place, normally anywhere but the services counter. I feel for the employees, I’m sure this is much more of an understaffed issue than a bad employee issue. Avoid this location if you can.

Pharmacist, Mari, gave duplicate prescription that was prescribed to an 11-year old. I did my medication checks & caught the error. Otherwise, my daughter could have OD'd. Lead tech on last night & the pharmacist refused to disclose pharmacist's full name or license number so that a complaint could be filed.
