Went to pick up my medicine today there were so many cars in the Drive-Thru you couldn't fit another car. So I went inside the store. There were 10 people in line to pick up medication. There were three people behind the register, two were working as hard as they could. While the manager was trying to look busy doing absolutely nothing! The next time you see that many people in line get off the computer and help your Associates! It's a real bad look what you did today, next time I find a new pharmacy!

I visit this Walgreens often. Probably at least twice a month, b/c a couple of my children & myself get monthly prescriptions. The falcon location is closer to my home. However I prefer this location. If my medication is unavailable, it usually comes within the next day or 2. Sometimes the lines are extremely long. The lines are even longer in Falcon. The lines doesn’t matter, the staff here is extremely friendly. I have been coming here at this location for over 5 years.

Pharmacy doesn't answer their phone! On hold listening to the countdown from "more than 3 callers ahead...2 callers ahead, and will be with you shortly" at which point, it's been 30 minutes and no one has answered yet. Nearly an hour on hold??

One employee in here has the worst attitude (a little boys haircut)she is constantly expecting you to take the store with you on your way out and makes it uncomfortable to be in the store. 3 times she has accused me of stealing and when I show everything I have and comes to be nothing not even an apology, she says "well what do you expect" what does that even mean never once have I stole for anything and yet this is acceptable behavior for employees I fell a lawsuit might be the only way for them to learn. Little kids need to grow up

This pharmacy (Dublin & Union) is HANDS-DOWN the absolute worse in Colorado Springs!!! I have been soooo patient with these people over the last few years but I have had it!! Got notification that they were working on my refill. Then a message they were "temporarily closed". I'm not putting up with the terrible service any longer. When it comes to medications, they should be on top of it but this pharmacy is a clown factory. I have requested my medications be switched to a different location. I will not allow any pharmacy to mess with my refills any longer!!
