Allys, the pharmacy technician was amazing. My son was sick and she made sure he was comfortable while we waited for his medication. She was so engaging with him to distract the fact he wasn't feeling well. Great customer service and went beyond her job description. First time using the pharmacy bc it was 24hrs so we will now be switching to here. We would love to be helped by Allys all the time.

D.S is ALWAYS very helpful, nice, caring and shows EXCEPTIONALLY, AMAZING Customer Service! She makes my trip to Walgreens memorable and makes me feel comfortable. There's been plenty of times where she made my day! D.S deserves a significant raise! Even if she's making $100 an hour, I'd say she deserves $1,000.00!!!! ☺️

This is the Walgreens by my bank. I noticed it always looks open even when I’d go to ATM early, apparently it’s 24/7. This one has some great deals actually. The two items I got today I normally would pay about $3-$4 more for if I’d gone to Target instead. Also been coming here for many years now and never had a problem, if it isn’t broken don’t fix it I guess. Great store and staff is always on top of restocking and getting you out the door in line.

Aweful pharmacy. Poor customer service. Incredibly slow. The store is filthy. The parking lot is filthy. Their prices for non-pharmacy times is 50% higher than Walmart. I can not warn you enough to stay away. Unless you desperately need a 24 hour pharmacy, literally any other pharmacy in Elk Grove is better.

The service was excellent and very professional. The staff were kind, respectful, and helpful throughout the whole process. The vaccination process was quick, smooth, and well-organized, and all my questions were answered clearly. I appreciate the care and support provided and had a very positive experience overall
