Selena is one of the most respectful and friendly employees at this establishment. She has consistently made us feel welcome since day one, and her interactions with us have been exemplary. Whenever she's stocking items, she takes the time to pause and greet us, which demonstrates exceptional customer service. Today, she demonstrated the same level of dedication, taking a moment to speak with my partner and me despite being in the back of the store. The entire store staff, particularly Jennifer and others, have made us feel valued and recognized, showing respect and warmth in their customer service. They've taken the time to learn our preferences, and the staff always greets us with a smile. What has truly stood out is their ability to notice when something is amiss; they noticed my partner's absence and showed concern. When he returned to the store after a hospital stay, the staff treated him with kindness, compassion, and respect, making us feel like family. This level of service is why we prefer shopping here, and we commend the Walgreen team for their outstanding customer service.

What brings me back to the store is the wonderful employees. I haven't been here in a while, and when I walked into the store today, I felt special from the greeting from the cashier all the way to the photo department. The employees stopped stocking shelves and initiated a conversation, asking about my absence and where my partner was. I felt truly missed and appreciated the warmth they exhibited during our interaction. The morning employees are particularly wonderful, and the nighttime staff are equally impressive. The management is wonderful, which reflects the managers' effective leadership, as the employees' consistent display of love and dedication with smiles on their faces indicates they genuinely enjoy their work. I'd like to extend my gratitude to every employee, from the morning to the mid-shifts and the night closing shifts, thank you for making us feel welcome at Walgreens.

Service, wait time and everything in the pharmacy department is way better, more professional, no more mistakes and the Asian guy with glasses in the white lab coat (one of the pharmacist) is the nicest professional employee there because before him, the shift team that were mainly women were slow, unprofessional, mean, rude and they would lie then when you confronted them when you caught them in a lie then they would just lie more to cover up their lies and mistakes they made during their job? Especially the young girl that wears the white colored head gear, she's the worst and maybe that's why I don't see her anymore because they probably transferred her or got rid of her? All I'm saying is ever since that Asian guy with glasses took over the morning/daytime shift, everything in the pharmacy department runs smoothly, faster, professional and way nicer than the previous crew.

I needed help to get a picture for my passport, a young lady had helped me at first and unfortunately was a bit rude. She seemed annoyed with me and walked away from helping me. Conner had walked towards me and asked me if I needed help. He was super helpful and more importantly, very kind and very easy to get along with. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service.

The landscape maintenance is absolutely disgusting. Walgreens and CVS on Mack rd. do better and that goes for all establishments. Take notes from Laguna Blvd. Let's make our community look visually pleasant & safe too!!!!
