This Walgreens is the second Walgreens in Elk Grove/Laguna Creek. I hope it will stay since Walgreens closed many stores in the Sacramento area. The store is clean and well organized. It is in a bigger shopping center with many businesses and restaurants. The parking lot is pretty busy, but I have no problem getting a parking space whenever I am here.

I had an amazing experience with Walgreens on Franklin and Laguna, the staff were extra supportive, very influential in discussing other items that i didn't even know i needed, they helped me with all my needs and questions, the store was well cleaned and maintained, the mood and setting were perfect everybody was cheerful. I would recommend coming here .

This store is AMAZING...from the terrific store manager to the cashiers .... you cannot find another most helpful and friendly people in one place! I LOVE going to my Walgreens!

10/10 love this specific Walgreens. Staff is very nice and are actually good people and not just acting for the sake of customer service.

Bad customer service took all day to open the restroom. Somebody else had to grab A person personally. So they can help me the button went off four times nobody in the store wanted to come out need to fire the whole 1 PM Staff worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to in 2026
