Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lorenzo from Pharmacy. Our interaction was brief to say the least. Nonetheless, Lorenzo related when a Rx is expected to arrive simply by reading the notes while processing our transaction. To which, I found to be a uncommon and a pleasant surprise creating cause for my immediate review. A simple yet profoundly helpful bit of information for myself. Typically, I get told just call back tomorrow and check (the "run around") ect. Clearly Mr. Lorenzo cares about one thing and it's patients livelihood. Words do no justice for his rapport. As a customer who frequents Pharmacies across the globe due to the nature of my "work" I can say he's more than different. To Walgreens Management, this gentleman is different as he is by the book, proficient, creates a warm environment with his body language alone, and clearly has a grasp on "less is more." Mr. Lorenzo accels far beyond others in this profession. Promote above peers!

Terrible pharmacy experience. After they said it would be ready in an hour and a half,I went in 4 hours later and I still had to wait 30 minutes. They couldn't figure out my insurance information when I had previously used Walmart pharmacy. They had everything ready to go and my prescriptions were free. This pharmacy tried to charge me $160 and was completely unhelpful in trying to look up my insurance information. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs. It takes way too long and the staff is very unhelpful.

If you’re a Rite Aid customer looking for a new pharmacy, don’t go to this Walgreens. I was just on hold for 20 minutes, and eventually someone picked up but immediately hung up. So I had to call back and wait on hold for another 20 minutes. Then the pharmacist told me she didn’t have time to take my new insurance information over the phone and that I needed to bring it into the pharmacy. Really?? How is that an acceptable thing to tell a customer? The line there is always so long because everyone working there is chaotic and miserable. I’m not going to go stand in line for half a day just to give them my insurance information. I tried submitting it online and that didn’t work either. The CVS on Marconi and Walnut is MUCH better. The people working there are actually friendly, and even if the line looks long, it goes quickly because they’re organized and know what they’re doing.

I had an excellent experience with Bethany at the photo center! She was kind, helpful, and patient. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my pictures even when I made a mistake and selected the wrong size photo for one and exchanged it for me promptly. Thanks Bethany :)

They Had what I was looking for. Some Freezers were empty idk what's up with that. The staff was all in their zone, no greeting or welcoming just simply working putting things on shelf.
