I was in today shopping for Easter items. Andrea was at the checkstand with a "Welcome" as I walked in. I gathered my things and while checking out, Andrea asked how me how my day was going and soon I was walking out of the store thinking how delightful it is to shop here and I think it's because of Andrea. I shop here often and I appreciate Andrea's smile and welcoming attitude. Walgreen's is lucky to have her working here.

Experience is VERY hit or miss and depends on who is here. Pharmacy in general is a nightmare and I have had NOTHING but bad experiences (yelled at by staff, called a liar, insulted, called names, waited over 4 hours in the store for my refill, etc.) and the general staff is questionable most days. The one manager I have spoken to is VERY sweet and apologetic. Most of the staff is very rude and I am left slackjawed at their actions. For example, I came in New Years Eve around 9:15 PM in a total panic because my husband and dropped all of his diabetic testing supplies off a balcony. The one person at the register was amazing. She was helpful, made me laugh, and was extremely comforting. I came in today (January 5th) to try and learn her name so I could compliment her and the staff member I spoke to (dark skinned and haired woman with glasses) was ADAMENT that they were NOT open on New Year's Eve and that she had closed the store herself. When I tried to show her my receipt with the store address, date, and time, she completely blew me off and walked away. She was incredibly rude and dismissive and kept telling me that couldn't be right because she was here and closed the store herself at 5pm. No matter what I tried to say she kept repeating that it was impossible and I was making a big deal out of nothing and ended up walking away from me. I am trying to compliment the staff and your store and you are calling me a liar and blowing me off? The weirdest part was when I was first talking to her she was actually trying to figure it out with me and suddenly changed her tune to the "we were closed on New Year's Eve" story. If you were closed, why didn't you immediately say that? Also, I am LITERALLY showing you a receipt with proof and you are still calling me a liar? Did you think I forged it? What do I get out of that? It was mind boggling. The audacity and behavior of some of the staff here is mind blowing. The good times are great and the bad times are the literal worst. It is a gamble every time you walk in the store. I wish I had a more accessible drugstore near my house I could use because the inconsistent behavior is incredibly disappointing and unfortunate. Come at your own risk.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced…actually no customer service provided despite asking for help. Staff is not knowledgeable at all. I waited for over 30 minutes for their staff to help me try to and print my photos in store since the online order process doesn’t let you adjust your photos, and 50+ photo prints were printed wrong. The employee saw me sitting at the kiosk and continued to ignore me and treated me like I was rude for asking if they could help me since they were helping everyone else that came in after I was sitting there waiting. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

We have used Walgreens for years—specifically, the store at Florin and Riverside. Staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. We know them and they know us. It is our “go to” local store and pharmacy.

Their pharmacist workers are very rude and nonchalant over the phone. Like they are always irritated and or don't like their jobs. Constantly try to rush you off the phone instead of trying to find a way to help, if possible. Like they don't want to be there. Makes me want to not deal with them.
