The location at 5467 Wilshire is very convenient, sales associates are nice especially Venita. Stock is very good. They tend to be never out of anything I need. You’re always greeted with a welcome!

These people are the worst. I called to let them know I was picking up my medication today because BOTH my app and voicemail said it would be on hold until tomorrow. Jazmin hung up on me the first time. I called back and suddenly she tells me they “don’t have my medication.” So what happened to it? Because my app literally showed it was READY for pickup at that location. I even have screenshots to prove it. Funny how now they’re acting like they never called me and never had it in stock. Gaslighting at its finest. I’ve been waiting an entire month for this medication. When they finally called, I was out of town, but I still contacted them BEFORE the hold date expired. Now magically it’s gone? And they already told me before that if people don’t pick up certain medications fast enough, they give them to their “regulars.” So now I’m left without my medication because Jazmin says so? That’s ridiculous. Don’t call patients and tell them their prescription is ready if you’re just going to give it away and pretend it never existed. I have screenshots, voicemail proof, and the app history. This is beyond unprofessional. They are the Worst.

Do NOT buy a gift card here! This is a review for the Walgreens at 5467 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, store number 06516. So, it's Wednesday night April 1st, and this ain't no april fools joke. I just spent some serious time trying to get my money back from DoorDash (aka DD). What happened and how does it relate to Walgreens? Well, DD doesn't sell Apple cards or Amazon cards on their Gift Card Store. Why? I have no idea. Anyway, to get those, you can order those physical gift cards from Walgreens on DD, and they'll deliver from your nearest Walgreens. Unfortunately, this Walgreens is my nearest Walgreens. I was hoping it was Robertson/Pico. Anyway, I ordered a 25 dollar Apple gift card. You can just grab them and take them to the cashier to be activated. That's a problem and you're about to see why. When I get the card, with the receipt from this Walgreens, and the card packaging (the 2 pieces of cardboard that protect it) has a sticker for that specific store with the store number. I open up the packaging and (this is not good) Apple doesn't make you get your fingers dirty with silver shavings from using a coin to get the code...you can just peel off the silver sticker. And what do I find? The code has been scratched off, so I can't redeem it. Who can? The person who scratched it off and likely wrote down the code before doing so. Once the card is activated, the professional criminal can use the code and I can't. Luckily DD refunded me after I sent them the proof. But, needless to say, I will never buy a physical gift card from any Walgreens again. Unfortunately, it seems shoplifting has matured to stealing unactivated gift cards from the store, opening them up, scratching off the codes, resealing them up, and returning them to the store. The solution is to lock up unactivated gift cards until they are purchased...sad that society has come to this. I hope Walgreens employees are not involved in doing this kind of shadiness. It does seem like Walgreens security hasn't caught on. Anyway, the one star is to get this store, and hopefully Walgreens corporate, to respond and change their operations so customers don't go through what I just went through. And they should check their camera footage to see who stole gift cards in bulk and then returned them to the store after "modifying" them.

I don’t have any experience with the pharmacy section, my review is for the store. Shopping here regularly, easy access, always have parking spaces available. Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean space. Also they carry big variety of skincare brands and products, some of them are hard to find anywhere near by.

Please stop the rapid blinking blue light and 24hr every 15min very very loud audio, on your newly installed mobile security unit. It’s disturbing the public peace and keeping your neighbors up at night. It’s a residential and noise violation, Please! 5467 wilshire blvd 90036 location
