The FedEx drop has been "temporarily" out of service for over a month. The main reason I go here is because the CVS across the street is even worse! We need better lighting, better variety, more appealing entrance displays...

The employees at the FedEx printing area were very unprofessional. A young worker named Daniel and the others looked like they were working unwillingly. They told me to come back in one hour and said my poster would be ready. However, when I returned after two hours, they said they didn’t have paper and couldn’t print it. This wasted my time and caused serious inconvenience. Very poor service.

They are EXTREMELY overpriced at this location and I know they raise the prices based off of location and need ! They charge more in lower income neighborhoods, for items that are a necessity - y’all should be ashamed!! GO TO CVS ACROSS THE STREET, I GUARANTEE YOU’LL FIND THE SAME ITEM(S) AT A REASONABLE PRICE AND FOR A LOT LESS THAN THIS WALGREENS

This morning cashier on 11/18 around 7:40 has to be the most idiotic cashier in the world. Why charge me a 10 cent bag for one item after asking me if I’m good on a bag. Yes, I’m good meaning I don’t need one. Put both together and think, does she really need a bag. Maybe I’m wrong, but just asking do you want a bag..? Terrible service from staff as well. In their own little world. Surprised that most receipts should also include the name of the employee who attended you. This one does not. So I don’t even know who to name.

Walgreens, if your going to take on new clients from Rite Aid. Staff your flipping pharmacies like you’re having a massive influx of customers instead of leaving your customers with unreliable timing of prescription fills and hoping we blame the staff for your inability to provide support for customer demand
