I had an excellent experience thanks to the store manager Jennifer . They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made my visit easy and enjoyable. Great customer service like this is the reason I’ll continue shopping here. Thank you for the outstanding support!

Went to take in a disposable camera and got attitude the second the worker saw me. He quickly said I should’ve came earlier because the order was closed for the day. I then said if I could still start the process and he said it wouldn’t be sent out till Tuesday and I told him that was fine. He said he wasn’t gonna be able to help me that someone else would help me and left. Two girls and a man came out, The two girls went one way and told the guy he had a guest and he went back into the office. This guy comes out doesn’t say a word to me and starts using the computer to clock out. The guy that was originally helping me out came out again and tried to continue to help me. He gave me paperwork to fill out so I asked him for a pen and he said we don’t have any. How can you give people paperwork to fill out and I have a pen. I walked away because clearly this guy didn’t wanna help me. I went upfront and asked for his name. His name is “Angel”.

Emiliano Is so amazing every time I go into this Walgreens and he’s there I’m so happy. there are three other people who are awesome as well like Laura who is so patient and so kind always smiling with a very inviting tone, The tall light skinned black guy with the glasses I’m not sure of his position but he is so optimistic And the older black lady who sits in the chair sometimes was very patient and healthful every time I needed her. Beware!!! if I go in there and I don’t see any of these four people I get out of there because I know it’s gonna be a horrible experience eyes rolling, huffing and puffing just a very negative vibe so thank you for the people at this Walgreens who make it so great and worth coming to in this neighborhood

This store and pharmacy has the worst customer service. Everytime I call im on hold and nobody picks up. All the do is answer without saying anything and place me back on hold. Store manager needs to get replaced. Clearly they don't know how to run a retail store.

It was my first time visiting the store and my experiences was amazing. Most definitely will be returning.
