I do not like this Walgreens because I feel like they racially profile people. The reason I say that is because when I walked into the store, everyone else was shopping and minding their business. There were no undercover staff or security on the floor at all. I went to the water aisle to pick up a gallon of water, and all of a sudden, when I looked up, there were four different undercover staff members. Two were security guards, and the other two were undercover. The only reason I say they racially profile Black people is because no one else was being watched. Everyone in the store who was non-Black was able to shop perfectly fine. But the moment I stepped in to grab one item, I had four men right on top of me. I literally threw my stuff down and exited the store. I am never going to return because, as a shopper, I shouldn’t be treated like a thief. If stores are going to treat me like one, then I simply won’t spend my money there. I know they probably don’t care, but I do. They’re not the only location that does this. A lot of establishments treat Black people this way. They put a bunch of security on us while everyone else is allowed to shop freely. I’m being followed heavily around the store as if I’ve robbed them before or something. Mind you, this is the only place within walking distance that carries personal hygiene products, since there isn’t much in Huntington Park. I’m just really tired of that kind of treatment.

I love Walgreens pharmacy mail service, the pharmacy procedures in giving necessary shots etc… I really love the every day deals that they have. I have recently started shopping at Walgreens, but this is my second year with the pharmacy mail service. I’m very pleased!

This Walgreens is by far the worst store I've ever been to. The restroom is dirty and they don't provide hand soap. I asked one of the employees about the hand soap and apparently she didn't hear me. Do better Walgreens provide hand soap 🧼.

Horrible horrible customer service! I ordered photos and while I was waiting I went to ask for help for the cashier and the cashier told me his job was to only se cashier not to help. OK! I went to ask the restock team as four of them were busy stocking for Christmas. I went up to this girl and she said she would send someone to help me. I waited 10 minutes at the photo center. No one ever went. I went back and she had a nasty attitude and told me to wait in the check out line for help. She couldn't help me. Ok! But the cashier wouldn't help me right ? I finally got someone to help me 5 minutes later. This was just to get help to get my 1 photo I sent to the photo center. Horrible! No one ever wants to help here and then they have the nastiest attitude with you if you ask for help! Do better Walgreens! You need to revamp the entire crew here! No one cares about the customer and especially about the company here! As a consumer! DO NOT COME HERE!!
