Do not use this pharmacy if you have an hour or two to waste standing in the line, then this place is for you. Otherwise, find somewhere else. They are too busy, have too many clients and not enough staff to take care of customers to get my medication‘s, I’ve had to come on three separate days to be told that it will be made ready in 20 minutes, wait for hours in the line. This may not be the fault of the staff, but they don’t have the efficient number of employees to accommodate the number of prescriptions they have to handle. A visit to this Wallgreens is literally a one and a half hour visit. I have nothing good to recommend about this place.

Besides the store being open 24 hours, I love the fact that the overnight crew is always more than willing to help me locate items that I cannot locate myself. I work for DoorDash and everytime I come in, Anthony has been such a wonderful kind help. His customer service abilities are beyond appreciated by me. Cool hair and tattoos !

This Walgreens SUCKS. The pharmacy loses prescriptions, never has them filled on time. The photo department received requests and forgets to process the orders, and half the store is locked up in a case that requires a staff member (understaffed) to physically unlock it for you. The homeless people outside do create a nice ambiance though! DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The staff at the pharmacy could not be more rude. This poor older woman in front of me needed help understanding the dosage of her prescription and they were so rude it turned my stomach. I was there to pick up my 1.5yr old antibiotics and it took over two hours for the pharmacist to clear it. The tall Asian pharmacist working threw the prescription at me after I paid! I will never go back there. There are some beautiful family owned pharmacies in Beverly Hills. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I've lived near this Walgreens for over 10 years... I love it!! They have always been kind to my kid and their pharmacy is beyond amazing. When I switched health insurance they fought to have my meds transfered & that was amazing because when I tried to my old insurance hung up on me!! They are always kind and I've seen them deal with so many unruly customers yet remained calm and efficient. They are a small pharmacy and they do big pharmacy things!! It's the CUSTOMERS that deserve only 1 star not the pharmacy!! Imho
