Incredibly unprofessional & impossible to contact. I called the pharmacy because my prescription had been delayed and I wanted information on when it would be ready/what I needed to do. They left me on hold for twenty minutes, repeatedly "picking up" then putting back on hold (presumably to make it seem like they're "answering" calls within a given time frame?) I called Walgreens customer service, spent twenty minutes waiting only for them to refer me to the same exact number where--you guessed it—they put me on hold and pretended to pick up only to put me back on hold indefinitely. After nearly an hour on the phone, I still have not been able to reach the pharmacy.

LONG WAITS, RUDE STAFF This “pharmacy” is a joke. Starting with their policy of refusing to call doctors or insurance if there’s a problem with medication. Including the absurdly long wait times to speak to a human, and their lack of effort to resolve the issue. Know who will call your insurance & doctor for refills? CVS. Nazareth, the store manager, was the only person at this store that was helpful. However, last week Nazareth decided to enforce a silly “no scooter” policy on my friend - who has ridden his scooter to this store and gone inside with it for three years. So wheelchairs & strollers wheels are ok, but somehow the wheels of this small, privately-owned scooter are a problem? I don’t give my business to stores that have this policy, as it is elitist & discriminatory. Not everyone drives a car - for some people, including myself, an e-scooter is my only transportation. Nowhere in the store to safely store it while shopping + refusal to allow the scooter in the store = you don’t want my business. Or his. Or anyone who rides an e-scooter. Which is for the best, because my experience with this store, and with Walgreens pharmacy in general, has been so disrespectful & poor. Dispensing medication is not a priority, wait times are 30+ minutes, just to be told the medication isn’t available, and be given zero support to resolve the issue that lies with a clerical error on Walgreens part. I spent HOURS on the phone, three-way calls between my insurance & Walgreens, to resolve this last month. And somehow this month, the exact issue exists again. I’ll be taking ALL of my prescriptions AND business back to CVS.

I had a prescription sent in on 05/15 at 1pm and was told at 4:45 to give them and hr and its now 05/16 and I not able to reach the pharmacy or management. The staff sounds like that don't want to be there or care to help further than whatever they do which when I'm in store is not much. This location used to have car pickup and had to stop because none the sales associated would come out. The pharmacy reps (ALL BUT THE LAST ONE I SPOKE TO) are rude and DON'T CARE. When I did get a hold of someone was told I need to provide new insurance (which i have and be prepared to give). I dont get off until 3pm and now have to wait a full 24 hours for blood pressure medication. The entire store location needs to close

I avoid this store as much as possible which is a shame because I live in the neighborhood and prefer to walk for common items. Why? Because of their security. I carry an insulated grocery bag to shop because in CA all retail stores have to charge for bags, specifically to encourage customers to bring their own. Y’know, for the environment. So this store’s security selectively tells people they can’t bring in their own bags and have to leave them unsecured by the entrance (where they’ll be stolen). Meanwhile, other people are walking around in there with stuffed backpacks. They are always INCREDIBLY hostile about it. On top of this, locked items like basic toiletries have a button you must press to get an employee and it often doesn’t work at all. All my OTC medications I buy from Amazon now, which is sad, but it’s better than being consistently mistreated. The other chain pharmacy in the area went out of business here for similar hostilities. It’s sad. This is a picture of my “clearly for groceries” bag I get harassed over.

I am still currently on hold and have been for over an hour and a half (per the attached photo). All I was calling to do was to ask if my prescription could be filled, and instead of a quick, simple call, they keep putting me on hold. I don’t even have the time in between holds to tell them it is a simple question. Update: I hung up after 2 hrs and no pick up.
