I have been coming to this CVS Pharmacy for a few months now, and the service is consistently excellent. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable; they took the time to explain my new prescription and even helped me find a manufacturer coupon to save money. Unlike other locations, the wait time here is very manageable, even during the evening rush. The store itself is always organized, the aisles are clear, and I can usually find everything from household essentials to seasonal items quickly. I also appreciate the ample parking and the easy-to-use self-checkout kiosks which save a lot of time. If you need a reliable pharmacy with a friendly atmosphere, this is definitely the best one in the area!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received at your store on June 19th I attempted to make a legitimate return and had every piece of information required to process it, including my order number, digital receipt, and return history. Despite this, the cashier with blonde hair and black roots refused to assist me. She told me to wait while she helped other customers, which I did patiently. However, after the line was completely gone, she continued to ignore me, refused to acknowledge me, and simply stared at me instead of helping. It felt intentionally dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. There was absolutely no reason my return could not have been processed or escalated to a manager if she was unable or unwilling to do it herself. As a paying customer, I should not have to stand at the register being ignored after following all return procedures and providing proof of purchase. Please find better workers who want to do their job.

For the area and the usual foot traffic I imagine they have to deal with, the staff here are superb, courteous, and professional. I don’t usually wait too long to have them open shelves for me and the security is pretty quick to remove any unwanted patrons. I have had a few issues when fulfilling my prescriptions, but when it comes to buying regular stuff in the sales floor, it’s been a relatively easy experience. Grateful to have this CVS nearby.

I had a great conversation and interaction with Angelina today! She was very helpful and quick with processing my order! I usually don’t write reviews but very positive person. Kudos to her!

They need to hire better security that actually makes the store feel safe and do their job. Security that know how de-escalate not get defensive and argumentative not have authority power trips. As a regular customer, I will be shopping at a different location.
