The entire pharmacy team needs to be replaced. I arrived at 8:16 pm, to pick up a prescription that should’ve been ready. When I arrived at the window, both the pharmacist and technician were engaged in conversation and didn’t acknowledge that I was there. I pressed the call button and explained my reason for being there. I was told by Chloe, the pharmacy tech, that prescriptions are put back after 10 days and my prescription was ready on 5/31, making 6/9, the tenth day. I was then told that they were unable to get my prescription ready because they were closing at 9, and there was too much work on the backend that needed to be done. I questioned the professionalism of a pharmacy that would not fill my prescription because they were ready to go home. Nevertheless, I was told that it would be ready at 9am when they opened. When I arrived at 9 am, the next day, I was told it would be ready at 2 due to being short staffed. Now I’m sensing that this is deliberate because of the conversation the previous day, but okay, I’ll come back at 2. When the prescription was attempted to be picked up at 2, Jackie, the most UNPROFESSIONAL person that I have ever encountered in such a position told us that she had still not filled my prescription and it would be another hour wait!!! The site requires a star selection so I’ve selected one. This would not be my rating for the incompetence and ignorance that I encountered with Jackie, Chloe and Miles.

I love this Walgreens. The pharmacists and the people at the drive-up pharmacy are so nice and helpful. I don't know why they have such negative reviews online. I guess people are more prone to write reviews when they are angry. Anyway, I'm transferring all of my prescriptions here from the one on Oakland Ave in Shorewood, because they are clearly overworked and unhappy. Also, they actually answer the phone, unlike others where they put you on hold forever and then cut you off. Give them all a raise Walgreens! You can afford it!

Shout out to Syncere at the Walgreens counter for providing excellent customer service to all types of folks who need things printed! I really appreciated the kindness and patience I witnessed him providing to shoppers! Thank you!

This Walgreens claims that they're 24 hours but if you try to come at 11:30pm they closed the doors and they literally don't open them until the next shift change. The more crazy part is you could see them inside through the back wall mirrors. There's people inside actively choosing not to work meanwhile there was people who may need emergency medicine at night and this is one of the few places that you can get it at.

Scheduled appointment for vaccinations . Received confirmation. On arrival employees in pharmacy were discussing schedule and call ins. After waiting 15 min to be helped, was then told they were unable to give me vaccinations, despite confirmation from their pharmacy prior to arrival. Super frustrating.
