It a shame, no respect! There are people asking for money inside the store and managers are not equipped to call on security or protect the customers. Some young people waited outside until I came out of the store and confronted me, called me a snitch, and many others named. While the store manager, whom I asked for help, was in the back of store hiding. I will never return to that store again. Be aware there is always someone asking for money around that store, some less aggressive and others more aggressive!!

Drove 45 minutes for a 24 hour Walgreens and it was closed. Putting a note on the door about a different Walgreens 15 minutes away that has changed hours to 24 hours is not acceptable. Update Google and your website if you are not open. Everyone understands short staffing, but I wasn’t the only one there pissed that it was closed. There were tons of us there at midnight just to be disappointed. Never again will I depend on Walgreens in the middle of the night with a sick kid. That’s sucks.

I want to report a serious issue that happened on March 28, 2026, around 9:30 AM at the Walgreens on Bradley Street. I sent my brother to buy Motrin (ibuprofen) syrup for my 8-month-old baby. He was in a rush to pick up the medicine, so he did not notice the expiration date at the store. When he came home, I checked the medicine before giving it and saw that it was expired (November 2025). This is very dangerous, especially for a baby. I have attached the bill along with the expired medicine details as proof. I immediately sent my brother back to the store. When he told the supervisor about the expired medicine, she responded rudely and unprofessionally. She said, “What is your problem? People buy expired stuff here. You see expired items in grocery stores too, so what’s the problem here?” This response is completely unacceptable. A pharmacy is very different from a grocery store, especially when it comes to medicines for infants. Selling expired medicine can seriously harm someone’s health. Only after my brother said he was recording did she apologize. He also noticed that many items on the same shelf were expired, not just one bottle. This shows a serious problem with how the store is managed. Selling expired medicine is unsafe and should never happen. I request that you take this matter seriously, remove all expired products, and properly train your staff to handle such situations respectfully.

If you would like to spend 10 minutes waiting in line for a simple check out while the GM wanders around acting like customers don't exist and the employees glance at you with exasperation and true fear in their eyes, shop here. Otherwise avoid the whole crumbling establishment.

The pharmacy techs are the best. I had the most kind treatment here and so extremely professional from a tech named Lilli. She went above and beyond to help me understand a new prescription and all the side effects. I won't go anywhere else. Excellent. Excellent. If there were more stars I'd give them to this staff.
