This is normally my go-to Walgreens but when I ordered photos, The app didn’t let me add to my order the photos I wanted so I ordered individually. The cashier, a very tall woman, said I would have gotten 50% off if I had not ordered them individually. They were all still in my name and being picked up all together. If I was thinking straight I should have just refused the photos and sat down at the computer and reordered them for the 50% off. Or gone elsewhere.

Wassim is one of the reasons our family really loves this pharmacy. he is exceptionally helpful and polite. I have noticed ALL the staff here in the pharmacy are amazingly polite and helpful. I think it should be a training center for the other Walgreens in Arlington, Texas!!!

I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years but the last few years they have really gone downhill. They no longer update you when there’s an issue with your prescription and there is such a delay in the prescriptions being ready on time. You will get a call from the automated system telling you your prescription will be ready at a specific time but when you go up there, then they tell you “we couldn’t refill it. There was an issue or delay”. That has happened several times for me.The last straw for me was when my husband had a procedure. I called and the automated told me they told me the prescription would be ready at 10 o’clock. His meds from the hospital were wearing off. I went to pick the prescription up at 10:20 and they said it would still be another 45 minutes to an hour. They lied and said the prescription was just called in, but I told them I called over an hour prior and it was already in the automated system. They were rude and didn’t care that my husband was starting to have severe pain. When I explained the urgency, the cashier literally shrugged her shoulders at me, and just gave me a look - like, not my problem…I would highly suggest you seek for another pharmacist. Now that I’m at a new pharmacy, they constantly keep me updated in a timely manner and give me real time information. I don’t know if it is just this specific Walgreens or if that’s their process across-the-board, but they need to do better!

Walgreens is failing miserably……..never in history have I had to wait days for common prescriptions to be filled. They have cut staff helping in the pharmacy, the wait is so much longer. Pharmacy tech are rude, And I understand they are being overworked. I will be changing pharmacies once I have the time to do this. Corporate is making poor decisions for Walgreens retailers and Is setting up for their failure. I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years, and it has gone waaay south. I feel sure the big guys in corporate are still getting paid well while customers suffer.

The oriental Lead lady on nightshift is absolutely rude and will be reported to corporate 1st thing in the morning. I bring in 2/ $3000 in this store every single month and don't appreciate being profiled at all. I don't pull out camera's or come out of character but it will be discussed!
