Peter and his team at the Walgreens pharmacy on Arkansas Lane are truly exceptional. Every time I’ve been there, they’ve gone above and beyond to be helpful, patient, and kind. Even during busy and stressful moments, they keep a positive attitude and treat everyone with respect and care. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Whether it’s answering questions, helping sort out prescriptions, or just offering a friendly smile, they consistently make the experience a great one. It’s not easy to stay upbeat in such a fast-paced environment, but this team does it with grace. Highly recommend this pharmacy because of the people who make it run so well! Laura Woerner

I just want to take a moment to recognize Rachel, the new manager at this Walgreens. You can immediately tell she takes pride in what she does. She’s professional, approachable, and clearly cares about customers. The store feels more organized and efficiently run, and interactions are noticeably more positive. It’s refreshing to see a manager who leads with both competence and kindness. Rachel is a great addition, and Walgreens is lucky to have her.

Usually? This is the Walgreens that I prefer to go to. Close to home. Cleaner than some. In and out- no problems. However, I will not be shopping here again. Sunday, September 28th, close to 5:00 p.m. ,I went in for a couple of items. I was the only customer in the cosmetics area. I saw one worker busy working shelves closer to the front, but we were both in each other's view. I hear the announcement "Customer service needed at cosmetics" -- now, I had just started looking at lashes-- and makeup remover-- when this announcement goes off. Instantly, I look around to see who needed service. No one was there. I look in the mirrors that they have that are angled /positioned where you can see every aisle ? Nobody there. Just me. Now, a week or so ago, I remember coming in and looking for lotion and hearing the same kind of announcement. Even then, I looked around for whoever needed the help. It was just me and a couple of workers in the area. I overlooked THAT one. I thought about it and put my items back on the shelf. I didn't feel comfortable purchasing. Now, I'm aware there are buttons in each department in some stores that a customer can push to get assistance. However, I did not press a button, nor did I see anyone around besides the worker, who was not too far from the cosmetics department. One would think that this worker would have stopped what they were doing to come and assist a customer in cosmetics if a customer needed assistance!! I went shopping elsewhere, and I won't be shopping here again.

I would like to recognize the amazing employees at Walgreens for their outstanding customer service, teamwork, and dedication Emily,Stella,Kelly,Kaleah,Brighton,Katherine and Ontaria.This store is truly one of the best stores ever, and it shows because of the hardworking employees who go above and beyond every day. Won't answer the phone!! You're a pharmacy!! Been on hold 20 minutes, putting me right back on hold!! 25 minutes!! CVS from now on 😡
