Extremely bad experience at the pharmacy.I’m submitting a formal complaint regarding repeated unprofessional interactions at this pharmacy Specifically with an older African-American lady.I have previously raised concerns with store management, but the issue appears unresolved. My concern is not a single bad day—it is a repeated pattern of disrespectful communication and poor treatment during patient interactions. I would appreciate review by district management and information on what steps will be taken to improve patient experience.

I placed a Walgreens delivery order at 8:47 PM with a scheduled arrival time of 10:10 PM. By 11:30 PM, I still hadn’t received it or any update. When I called the store, I was told they “didn’t hear the order come in” and that it would only be delivered if a DoorDash driver picked it up before closing. That response was extremely disappointing and unhelpful. I rely on delivery for convenience, and I planned my night around this order. At the very least, I expected an attempt to correct the issue or assure me they would try to get it handled not a shrug and a “maybe.” This experience was very inconvenient, and the lack of urgency or accountability from the staff was unacceptable. I truly hope this store improves its communication and customer service.

If I could give Lower than A one star I would they are very unprofessional and very rude and have no sympathy for their customers. I have just had surgery and was denied of getting my medication with no valid reason and to get snappy with a customer is the all-time ultimate disrespect I will not stop until someone takes responsibility for how they have treated customers. I am already in a tremendous amount of pain and to have to come deal with unruly unethical workers is the ultimate ridiculous thing I will be contacting corporate first thing Monday.

I shop here very often, it’s the closest store to me. So I can walk there. I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees, or the pharmacy. All very nice people. Maybe it’s because they know me.. idk.. but never have had a problem.

Waiting in line over 15 minutes to get a prescription when there are five or six employees behind the counter just looking at the seven of us standing in line is absolutely ridiculous! Then trying to check out at the front was impossible because there were no cashiers! Just a trash location!
