I’ve had many positive experiences at this Walgreens over the years. I typically use this location for order pickups (even if it’s meant picking my own items as delivery is disabled for my location via the Walgreens app), and as a regular, faithful shopper, I have amassed hundreds of dollars in Walgreens rewards. Unfortunately, my visit today was incredibly disappointing. After buying medication at the pharmacy counter, I continued shopping for a few items. Because I had popped in wearing my pajamas, I was blatantly shadowed and followed down every single aisle by an employee pushing a shopping cart who gave the name AJ (wearing a red shirt & glasses). When I finally asked if it was her intention to follow me everywhere I went upon turning on the third aisle I made it to, she casually admitted, "Well, yeah” with the dryest tone and NASTIEST attitude. As someone who worked for Walgreens for years during grad school, I am absolutely disgusted by this level of profiling (especially from another BW). It was a highly distasteful and unprofessional experience that deeply tarnishes an otherwise great track record with this specific store. This made me feel a way and I’m likely to drive a bit further to avoid any more interactions of this nature. I hope the manager, Rufus, reads these. P.S. Kudos are in order for Antaun, the young lady with the British accent, and the Latino young lady who was recently in a wrist cast— while I can’t remember their names— they ALWAYS provide amazing service with a smile.

My aunt was very sick on our trip to Nashville so she did a tela health visit and the dr sent meds to this pharmacy unfortunately they were already closed. So we went at open the next day and the pharmacist was very nice and just asked for 15 minutes to fill it and had it done in under 10 minute.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! I’m from Nashville and usually we conduct business better here. Oh no ma’am… the black lady with bald hair was nice nasty, the store smells, the employees are rude and disrespectful! Not a good place to Shop👎🏾

This Walgreens Pharmacy employees are mind blowing. The African American girl in the back has so much attitude it will blow anybody’s mind. So I spend over 2 hrs. off my day to get a partial refill of meds. So let me be very simple about this. My doc wrights me a 3 month supply of meds. So if I get 2 of 3 that leaves 1 correct? So I’am getting email from Walgreens letting me know they have the other 1 12-15-25 & 12-16-25 today.So I go to Walgreens in Madison where they say it’s at.They tell me it’s at Walgreens on Gallatin rd. I get there they tell me it’s at Walgreens 700 Eastland. I get there show the employee all of my emails from Walgreens. I ask the African American girl in the back in pharmacy is it here. Her reply “It’s not here what do to want me to do about it” 2 earlier ladies behind me say HUM. I say I’am glad you notice it it’s always like this here. I go up front to ask to speak with a manager. Another employee tells the manger I have a complaint. “She tells the employee to take the complaint. Me as a customer shouldn’t haft to go to 3 different Walgreens with ALL of my massages from wall greens letting me know it’s back in stock. When I get home I call back then they tell me I can’t get the med till FEB. My doc has had to rewrite this 1 prescription 4 times because there not filling it the write way or it’s out of stock. I’ve went over a week without life saving med. because it wasn’t in stock. Now once again if a doc. Wrights a 3 month supply & I only get 2 months that leaves 1 month left wright? P.S since this is still a partial refill it’s going to mess up the next refill. I’ve been going through this for 6 months straight. This is mind blowing.

The manager and all staff employees all have major attitude problems, they failed to serve me with a service that Walgreens provides. I honestly believe that they just didn’t want to help me, I will never go back to this particular location, corporate needs to step up and step in and clean the whole house, its ridiculous how they treat customers. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from this location, BBB will be hearing about this!!!!
