Katrina Smith is the RUDEST most bitter person ever. And it’s a theme from the reviews. I went in to drop off a box at FedEx. She was standing there and wouldn’t acknowledge me. I finally said hi how are you doing, do you work here at fedex? Still wouldn’t say A WORD to me. Took her time getting the scanner out and said what’s your number. Wouldn’t even look up at me. Honestly, people who hate life and other people should NOT work in customer service. Will not be shopping there ever again. I’ll be contacting corporate and I encourage everyone else who has dealt with her rudeness to do so also.

Kirtrina is an absolutely horrible worker, and I do not understand why Walgreens, or the store, still keeps her around. I only come to this severely understaffed store (there is rarely more than one person on register, and typically just 2-3 people in the entire store!), because it is the closest to me, but if I had the option to go elsewhere, I would. Every time I come in, she is either ignoring a customer or yelling at them. I even watched her scream at a worker! What kind of business continuously allows someone as evil as her to work for them? It says a lot about the establishment, and I hope for the sake of your brand that Kirtrina is dealt with soon.

I received a message 2 days ago saying my business card order was ready for pickup. When I got there, they did not have it. It looks like they lost my order. I asked to print it again. They told me it wouldn’t be possible to have it ready for the same day… I asked to speak to the manager. No manager was in the store either..

I've only been a pharmacy customer for a very short time, but have had poor experience. Cannot recommend. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

These folks are busy but never treat you in any way except kind and patient. Were open during Nashvilles snow storm. Really appreciated it!!
