Terrible customer service, seems like zero invested in training or management. The store is poorly maintained, simple things like laundry detergent kept under lock and key, shelves in disarray and/or broken. No manager to be found. clerk disempowered to even print a receipt and digital display too small without a functional scroll to check charges. Pretty sure i was charged twice for the laundry detergent but the clerk walked away to go find a manager and never came back so couldn’t check. Really poor excuse for a store, just close if you can’t do the job! Wont be back, may sour me forever in a walgreens, it’s embarrassing.

Oh dear. I think all the one star reviews are absolutely spot on. Quite shocking the level of "I don't care" that is coming from everyone who works there. Side note - I noticed pretty much all of the good reviews are coming from African American residents. That is interesting given most of the employees are also African American. One reviewer mentioned racism. I would agree. Sad. I am from Eastern Europe and nobody where I am from comes even close to the type of person these employees are trying to stereotype us into. Very sad. Awful experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in the pharmacy yesterday for 3 hours trying to get an antibiotic filled for my two sick toddlers. The pharmacy staff was kind, but could do very little to help get the script filled because the pharmacist was REFUSING to help fill scripts in a timely manner. The pharmacist was behind the desk talking loudly about how difficult her job is, how incompetent some of her staff was, and how she felt "rushed". After waiting for 3 hours inside Walgreens with two sick kids, I was begging for their antibiotics to get filled so we could leave. The pharmacist shouted that she couldn't do it and would "try" to transfer the script somewhere else. By this time, it was 8pm. The staff was wonderful but the pharmacist was so unprofessional, disorganized, and non communicative that it turned the entire experience into an unnecessary nightmare. Never will I go back to this location for so much as Tylenol. If you value your time and mental well-being, I highly suggest going anywhere else.

Pharmacy was horrible and took almost 20min from the time I got there till leaving the drive thru. Said they were busy but no one was at the counter….

The store offers 100% of *everything* you hate about an awful pharmacy. They’re incompetent, rude, slow, and they give less than zero shits. They’re probably overworked and hate their jobs (and customers it would seem). They gave me the wrong prescription! Didn’t even apologize when I took it back. If I’ve taken it without reading the name on it, it could’ve been so bad. Not to mention the privacy violation of another customer. They will never answer the phone no matter how long you hold. They just suck so much. Try Kroger or Walmart maybe.
