If I could give a zero I would. The staff at this pharmacy are extremely rude and lack basic customer service skills. I’ve had two bad experiences with them now. The first was when I was just starting out with my medicine. The girl was super rude and told me my prescription wasn’t ready even though I had gotten the text over an hour ago saying it was ready. I waited 30 minutes and she gave it to me. But then I noticed she had only given me the vial to the medicine. And I told her that my medicine is to be injected but there were no needles or syringes. She questioned what I said and handed her the Medicine for her to read. She then asked someone else who told her they had nothing in stock for it. And so I was like so then how am I supposed to use my medicine. The pharmacist who was clearly in a terrible mood grabbed a bunch of single use needles from a box and kinda threw it at girl and said these aren’t covered by insurance. They didn’t even attempt to check my insurance would cover it. It was 12 dollars total for needles of the wrong size. But I needed my medicine. I think it’s absurd that they didn’t realize they weren’t handing me everything on the order and I had to ask. In my order there was also supposed to be a sharps container. Which they did not give me. And never even attempted to get it to me EVER. I let it go because I figured it was just a one off but I guess it wasn’t over with. The Walgreens app let me know I could ask for my prescription since it’s a four week supply. I put in the order since I’m traveling. I waited and waited and it showed that it was delayed. I finally check over a day later and it says cancelled. No one called to tell me they cancelled it or why. So I call. The lady who picked up was super rude. I told her the situation and said I could only put in the request on the 14th. I try to explain it’s a four week supply. That by the 14th of this month it would be on week 5 and that means I’d miss my medicine on Friday. I explained I was going out of the country so I’d be missing almost two weeks of shots. She seemed to not care and said she couldn’t do anything about it and I needed to call my doctor. I was confused because even before the 7th the app told me I couldn’t refill until the 7th. If I can only do it on the 14th why would the app allow me to request. Now I can’t even request it on the app because they deleted it from my refills. So now I have figure out what time to call this pharmacy on the 14th with a time difference because I’ll be in a different country to make sure they refill my medicine. This lady was not helpful whatsoever. They Don’t care that I’m missing my medicine. Luckily this isn’t life or death but if you have medicine that is I would HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else that cares.

The staff is rude— which I could handle if they at least cared about their customers and served their needs. Similar to other reviewers— I’ve had them cancel orders without telling me, not fill scripts as prescribed (only do 30 days when my doctor ordered 90 days bc my insurance WILL cover it), etc. The worst thing was trying to get a med that they had to order— nothing complicated or new, just didn’t have it in stock. They gave me 5 days of meds at the full co-pay — then 10 days later they still didn’t have it. They just shrugged their shoulders when I asked for help. I literally cried in front of the lady bc I was so sick and needed my medicine—and she just stared at me. I myself had to shop around and call pharmacies in town and another Walgreens had it— but I had to pay another co-pay— so was charged twice and had delays in my treatment. Do not use this pharmacy!!! They just don’t care about you and will never go out of their way to assist you or meet your needs.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. I went there today to pick up my prescription that was supposedly ready. It was not ready, they told me to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I go to get my prescription, and they are closed for lunch. I wait 30 more minutes, and when I go to pick it up, they tell me it’s going to be 15 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!!

Walgreens as a company is not managed well, which leaves the staff and pharmacists to catch the flack from unhappy customers. However, this location does its best and I appreciate the help from the pharmacist every time I call or stop in for refills.

My wife purchased passport photos from this location, and they were rejected by the State Department. She then used an online service to take the photo and sent them to this location to be printed. When I went to pick them up, the person who said he was the manager told me he had to charge me the passport photo price since that is clearly what they were being used for. When I told him that his incompetence cost us several weeks in the passport approval process, he was indignant. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is disturbing; we were not planning on doing a chargeback or asking for a refund, but in hindsight we probably should have if only on principle.
