Came here to get a passport photo after a few failed attempts at stores elsewhere (I needed a digital copy). Hannah was so extremely helpful and not only made sure I got what I needed but also made sure I was happy with my photo. Her customer service was 10/10. She made the process quick and painless and I got my passport photo the same day. 🙌🏾

Dillion saved the day with a photo card that I needed printed. Went to 3 different Walgreens to get a cardstock foldable card printed and all 3 of them differed me to another location. I placed the order at the 4th Walgreens and when I arrived I was advised the printer was acting up but Dillon worked through the problem and was very polite and patient even though I was already hot headed from being at 3 different locations and now experiencing a problem at the 4th. Walgreens please get new photo printers. I thought it would be a very simple task to get a photo card but 4 Walgreens later and beyond furious I finally got a simple card printed. I will probably never go to a Walgreens for photos again, way more efficient options but Walgreens needs more people like Dillion who kept calm and saved the day.

I’ve used Walgreens as my pharmacy for years and have never experienced anything close to the dysfunction of this location. They are consistently unreliable and have caused me to miss multiple days of a medication that I cannot safely miss without severe side effects. Beyond the operational issues, the pharmacy staff has been rude and dismissive, showing little concern for the serious consequences of their mistakes. My most recent experience was the final straw and prompted this review. This pharmacy urgently needs new leadership and properly trained, professional staff. I would advise to use the Walgreens on West End if you ever want to see the medication you are prescribed.

The app is great for refilling prescriptions and I never have trouble picking them up from the pharmacy. The store is nice too with a wide variety of things to buy. The atmosphere is very calm and the employees are always pleasant. I have also gotten vaccines here which is convenient. The location is near a bus stop so it is very easy for me to get to the store.

My family always makes a calendar each year with photos of the family from the prior year. The aunt that was taking care of it ordered through the Walgreens app and had mine shipped to this store. I went to pick it up yesterday and the woman at the photo counter couldn't locate the order info, so I left and sent a message to my aunt. She said she talked to someone at the store and they had located it and put it behind the front register with my name on it. I go back to the store today, and the front register has a sign that says "check out at photo" and it's the same woman as yesterday. I say it should be at the front register, she goes to look and doesn't see it. She gets the manager, or at least someone she claims is the manager (He looked like he was maybe 19 years old to me) and he doesn't even bother looking or checking anything he just says "no one called, we didn't tell anyone it was behind the register, we don't have it." I'm like "hold on let me call my aunt so she can talk to you, she has more info." While it's ringing the employees walk away. I finally get my aunt on the line and I go up to the photo counter again, the woman is very rude and is like "at this point we're refusing service. Leave the store." I'm like "can I talk to the manager again?" And she's like "he's gone, he left for the day. We're refusing service." It's been like three minutes, there's no way he's not still there. Tell my aunt I'm leaving and she says she'll follow up. She calls the store. They hang up on her. She calls the corporate hotline. They call the store. They hang up on the corporate representative.
