Pat is an amazing person. I had stopped visiting walgreens because the staff was really bad or just didn't wanna work but I visited yesterday and spoke with Pat at the Photo Services and he is a great person, helped me and was very nice to talk to. This makes me hopeful that I can shop at Walgreens again. Hope this Walgreens can retain him.

The worst location on the planet. Slower than Christmas. Crazy hold times. Everybody you talk to there gives you a different answer. Today they are trying to force a medication on us that is clearly listed in the chart as an allergy; there is another medication available yet they will not bother to order it. Funny thing is they've done it for months prior. Highly inconsistent, always long lines, sometimes closed during hours listed as open. I have received notifications in the past that my prescription was ready only to drive over there and it isn't. Pharmacists here have sometimes decided to override my doctors orders. I don't see these same issues at other Walgreens locations. Find a different pharmacy if you value your mental health.

I needed Flonase for my 11 month old and the prescription wasn't ready, but was going to be the same price as over the counter. Tommy was so nice and grabbed it for me in the drive thru so I didn't have to park and unload my baby to come inside! He went above and beyond and I am thankful it really helped this momma out!

VERY VERY poor answer time on the phone. I understand that sometimes people need to be placed on hold but the average hold time that i have experienced is 30-45 minutes on a GOOD day. current record is well over an hour. And when you finally do get in contact with a real person, they usually need to place you on hold again, then they cant answer your questions and need to put you on hold AGAIN. They are clearly understaffed and that is understandable but they could at least train people a bit better and maybe hire more people cause this issue has been happening for at least the year or so i've been using their pharmacy. the excruciating wait time on the phone has caused me to move almost all of my prescriptions to other pharmacies. Other pharmacies have a MUCH quicker "on hold" time, if youre put on hold at all.

Pharmacy is understaffed and does not train their employees well. Very long wait only to find out that none of my Rx’s are ready and so I have to wait 20 more minutes. This is an issue with the Walgreens chain nationwide. I’ve been to several with the exact poor experience. I’d get my prescriptions elsewhere if my insurance covered it.
