We had plants shipped to the store. We were told by the shipper that the plants had been delivered and Walgreens claimed they were not there. After going back 2 days later and asking for our box of plants again a employee decided to look in the cooler. Low and behold our plants were placed in the cooler. Our box stated right on it no freezing temperatures not only did they freeze our tropical plants when we came in to get a second shipment a manager told us that we could no longer have our shipment sent to their store. They said the plants would freeze behind the counter inside the store. This cost us literally thousands of dollars as we were working the Philly flower show. This was a really big mistake and instead of some how making up for it or admitting the mistake they will tell FedX we can no longer ship to their store. Completely incompetent and this one we just cannot let go by. Do not recommend shipping anything to this store…Bad people”

This is a horribly staffed Walgreens! Whenever I come there to buy over the counter medications or to pay for a script I have to wait in a long line of people attempting to put cash on prepaid cards. You need to create a separate counter for matters like that and money orders. Something is always wrong with the system of the customer doesn’t understand the process which leads to their transactions taking 5-10 minutes especially if they have to call any type of customer service representatives for the card they’re loading. Walgreens is not Western Union or a bank. Because money matters are a service being offered you need more than one cashier that knows those transactions. This is ridiculous!

Ordered photos they were so horrible chopped off heads and feet. I will not do Walgreens again for any of my photo needs.

Got photos and poster printed for my business. had a little mishap. Marlen helped me out with ease and was very patient with me will definitely be back

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I just wish the pharmacy had more staff and better hours.
