Selected to get my dad’s medicine delivered on the 14th and called on the 22nd when we didn’t get it (allowed extra time in case of delays) - pharmacy said Fed Ex never picked it up and it was still at the pharmacy. No call to us, no status updates on the website. Delivery was supposed to be 1-2 days. It’s sad no one was monitoring this or on top of it. I wonder if this is normal for them.

If you have to physically come in to this store to shop, DONT! The only reason I’m giving one star is because the photo printing service is on point especially since it’s minimal contact with the cashier. I would give zero stars if it wasn’t for that. They don’t make good on their clearance priced items. if something comes up at full price even if it’s clearly TAGGED with clearance stickers they DO NOT honor the price from what I experienced yesterday the shift supervisor just took them all off of the shelf. It should be honored unless it is recalled & if that’s truly the case it should be taken off the shelf before any customer can get their hands on said item. If you are a miserable person you shouldn’t be working in retail.

I really don’t even know why this particular Walgreens is still open. They make no effort to improve the store, the staff or even change the trash for that matter. This is right around the corner from my house and is now such an eyesore. It’s gets robbed frequently as it’s an easy target with minimal people working and no security…so again, why keep it open. Shelves are always empty, trash is everywhere and the most of the staff are plain rude. Close it down already. Pictures are from a morning at 9am.

This Walgreens may or may not have what you need. There are a lot of items out of stock and a lot of empty shelves. The store is somewhat organized but it’s also somewhat messy. They may need floor associates to help with that. There was one cashier working even though there was a line of five people. That’s too long to wait. The parking lot is an okay size. However, there is trash scattered all around.

Everything is locked up and it takes forever for someone to help you. Prescription lines are always super slow, always. It doesn't matter if its 2 or 10 ppl. You are gonna wait
