Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I have had two time sensitive medications to pick up and they did not order the medication in time. Gave conflicting information about what I needed to do to pick up the medication and I have been forced to go to a pharmacy much further away because of their terrible service. Pharmacy staff also accidentally left the line open while speaking rudely about me - this service should never happen in a healthcare setting.

I’ve had multiple times now where I’ve spoken directly with staff and been told my prescription was being delivered, only to call a few days later and be told the order was never put in. This, alongside other general delays is making me switch providers. I’m not sure why they’re not properly training their staff or what else is going on there, but it’s not worth it for me. I shouldn’t have to go days without my medication because of incompetency.

I really like this location, usually not very busy and the staff is always super friendly. They have a small retail section with snacks and minor necessities. Ask if you don't see what you need from a pharmacy perspective. They are attached to the Mazzoni center through their lobby. Street parking so be prepared.

Worst pharmacy ever! The Asian guy was giving me a really hard time earlier saying he could not find my insurance in their system ….. Mazoni clinic is LITERALLY UPSTAIRS but rather than calling them and asking them for my insurance information they had me run upstairs and ask for it .. when I returned down stairs .. I was told numbers don’t match anything in their records .. so I asked if it could just be sent to a pharmacy near me ……. At 12pm… I called this pharmacy and asked if they had already sent it at 2pm … I arrive at my pharmacy at 3 pm … and they say nothing is there for me … so I call walgreen and say hey .. there’s nothing here for me can yaw resend it ? Lady on the phone proceeds to not only tell me in a super rude way that there was nothing she could do .. also hung up on me while I was at the register for the other pharmacy ….. and when I called back and said hey we were disconnected .. ‘ there’s nothing I can do for you idk what you want me to do I cannot resend it ‘ and hung up again …. So yeah if I could give 0 starts I would ! Yaw are unprofessional .. unorganized and super rude and non helpful at all! lol of yaw need to be fired !

I don’t know what’s going on with this place but they are very rude and unprofessional, would not recommend if you are black and especially trans . I’ve been going to this place since 2013 and watched how slowly they changed and not for the better .
