CVS Pharmacy is convenient, especially being open 24 hours, which is honestly a lifesaver when you need something late at night or early morning. The location is easy to get in and out of, and they usually have what you need in stock. That said, service can be a little hit or miss depending on the time of day. Sometimes it’s quick and smooth, other times there’s a wait. Overall, it gets the job done when you need it most, but there’s definitely room for improvement with consistency and customer service.

Every time I come in here people are either annoyed I'm asking for help, or simply do not want to help at all. Today I kept getting told my pictures werent ready even though I got an email, I had to keep asking when I'd know to come and they said "wait for an email" as I had just shown them the email. Then they realize they had misplaced them and they were wrong and still rushed me out. I did notice I had 2 5x5 pictures ($10 worth btw) missing from my order until I got home. Just always miss when I come here and going forward will avoid it as much as I can. Fishtown Pharmacy is great for anyone in the area that needs pharmacy services only. Pay people more maybe they won't be so miserable at work. Itll help all of us.

I’ve had to take medications daily for over 15 years now, and have went to many CVS locations and other pharmacies over the years. This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever had. They are so prompt and so consistent. If you ever have a problem they call you back right away and get it taken care of. Not having to worry about whether I’ll have my meds on time is a big weight off of my back. The staff is always so polite and because they’re on top of everything, even when there’s a long line for pick up it goes by fast. I kind of gave up hope on pharmacies being somewhat decent but this place exceeds my expectations and I’m very glad they’re in my neighborhood. I don’t usually write reviews but a pharmacy staff this good is rare.. 👏

This place is the best 24/7 pharmacy and they got great staff for the store and the pharmacy. Honestly I don't have much love for cvs but that pharmacy is world class it really is. Thank you giys working there.

Thank you Justin in pharmacy for answering all my pop quiz questions on drugs. He was so kind, patient & knowledgeable. He was able to explain mechanism of actions and didn’t mind repeating himself until he was confident I understood what I was asking along with what he was telling me.
