Could not found any -1 star on this #2755 drug store. The staff is rude and did not help me at all. I told the Technician that I was missing some medications during pick up around 3:00PM on 05/15/26 (Fri). All they responded was “Go to the drop off” window! I explained I dropped off all prescriptions in the morning! The Tech did not even try to ask the drop off window Technician that I was missing! I yelled to the Technician that I was drop off this morning! Then the Technician supervisor came inserted to understand what happened then she wants me to “Leave now or else”!  Bottom line, I complained to the store manager but according to the manager “We are two different divisions”? The suggested me come on to the next time. So, I have no choose then to go back to the “Drop off” window then asking the same Technician that fill out the medications for me in the morning. I asking her where is my missing medication? Then she checked again found out one of the medications did not processed. So, after another 20 mins my Medication is ready finally, I got the correct medication. However, they not even said sorry for the mistake.

The store part is always fine, however, today was my first day using the pharmacy and my last time at this location! Usually when I go to a cvs the pharmacy is very helpful and nice, Not at this location though. The staff just waited and waited, and keep in mind, I was the only person in line until someone finally asked me if I needed help. The person who rung me up acted like she was just done with the place, they didn’t speak or anything, they just looked annoyed. I understand it’s gets hectic in places like that, some were just standing around.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Rude, unprofessional and lazy staff. I’ve never seen a pharmacy where you need 7 technicians on staff to just stand around, and do nothing. Then they all go to lunch at the same time for an hour. Can’t they stagger their lunches so they remain open the entire day? Recently, I have been very ill and unable to pick up my prescriptions. Their delivery is way too expensive, and takes too long as I’ve tried it before. I knew they were going to restock everything as they have done that before, and I understand as they can’t hold prescriptions forever. However, once I began feeling better and was able to pick them up, they flat out said on the phone that they would not refill them as they were there for two weeks and I didn’t pick them up, so why should they refill them again. I tried to explain I was sick the past two weeks. I realize I was probably rude but it’s very frustrating to try and explain that I was too sick to travel and then have them turn around and tell me they refuse to fill them again. I got a lecture about being 54 years old and that I need a mother to set me straight. Sorry, CVS that’s not your job. Your job is to fill my medications and that’s all, period. I’m sorry I’ve been very ill and not able to pick up my prescriptions, and I can’t afford delivery. I’m also sorry you’re closed not only at lunch time but at random times during the day and sometimes closing early. I guess I will have to do better at whipping out my crystal ball to determine when you’re open or not. I’m also sorry, but I’ll be transferring my scripts to Walgreen’s. I’ve had it with CVS.

The absolute worst experience I ever had at CVS. I tried to get a flu shot more than 5 times, every time an appointment was cancelled by the pharmacy 10 min before the actual appointment time without any reason. People who work there are not helpful at all, I had to have a long 30 min+ talk with my insurance company customer service because a person at the front desk of the pharmacy couldn't enter my insurance data correctly. One time their "system went down" and they told me that I have to reschedule my vaccine when I actually was there already. I got my flu shot done in 10 min at another CVS location from the first try without any issues at all. Absolutely mind blowing.

I came to pay a utility bill (which can only be done at the register) and the store is posted open until 12 AM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was told the registers were closed for the night. I asked where this is listed, because no where on the website or app does it say you can’t check out in person after 8 PM and the cashier didn’t know. In addition to the long pharmacy wait times and jacked up prices, it’s amazing this location is still open at all. Just shows how much we need a better pharmacy in the area.
