I like to shop at this CVS because they offer a good selection of OTC, Vitamin and beauty products that they keep in stock. There is a large free parking lot onsite which makes it worth the drive. The pharmacy is open long hours and the staff are great. I recommend signing up for their free loyalty card. CVS gives lots of coupons and you can earn dollars off future purchases every time you shop there. You can also sign up for autorefill on prescriptions and get them delivered for a small charge.

Its a extremely busy location especially now since rite aid has closed. For the amount of clients it serves the pharmacy moves really quickly. Its always staffed really well and would be even faster if people weren't so they intimidated by the new touch screen system. Its as simple as entering your name/dob and couple other yes/no questions. It will take time for people to get used to it. I'm a former rite aid customer and am really happy with the level of service from pharmacy. If you request a call back they do within a hour. I honestly dont shop in there thou its way too chaotic for me. I should because they always offer a 40% off 1 item promo. Its just way too crazy in there. I grab my prescriptions and go. Its usually under 20 minutes total.

I wanted to commend Serenity for her exceptional customer service. While using self-checkout, I was experiencing difficulties and other staff members did not offer assistance. Serenity proactively went out of her way to help me resolve the issue. She conducted herself with professionalism and kindness. Her dedication truly stood out.

Unfortunately, the staff’s negative attitudes made for a really unpleasant experience. Customer service seemed like an inconvenience to them. If you’re that unhappy in your role, it may be time to look for a job that’s a better fit.

Roe, a friendly employee at CVS at 10th & Reed was very helpful showing me how to use the self check out . She also, very patiently figured out why I couldn’t get a coupon to work, credited my account and re rung my order with the coupon working. This gave me 40% off on a substantially expensive item. Every bit helps! Thanks again, Roe.
