Yvette is always so nice and personable. I've dealt with all of them and like me sometimes I have a bad day. One thing that is constant is I always get my prescriptions. Because I have a few different insurance cards there could be an issue. I do my homework and tell them you have to bill this one first etc. and it always works out. The man with the nice hair cut and mask may not be someone I have brunch with( which I'm not there for brunch) but he's very professional and always resolves any issues and gets my meds that I need. I'm grateful for them and am glad they are there so close to my house. PS If you want people who are always as sweet as candy move to the mid-west. This is Philly for God's sake.

At my last visit the Pharmacy staff were exceptionally quick, efficient, and pleasant. And when I shopped in the store, a very pleasant young lady helped me find (and unlock) everything I needed. All the CVS employees were smiling! A surprisingly fun and easy shopping trip.

Communication at the pharmacy here is horrendous. I had a medication that was pending for a long time on the app with no updates. Unsure of the situation, I called the number listed here, and after going in circles through their menu options, I finally said "agent" and it supposedly rang the pharmacy. It went straight to voicemail, I left a detailed message, and then heard nothing back for several days. This is a common experience I've had before - there is no way to actually contact them, because they never pick up the phone and don't respond to voicemails. So I went in person to discuss my issue. There was an older gentleman working the drop-off desk at the pharmacy. I'm not sure his name - he has a nice haircut and wears a mask. He shouldn't be in any customer-facing position. I asked him my simple questions, trying to determine the price of a medication after a discount, and he acted incredibly rude from the start, interrupting me as I politely tried to explain my situation. When he finally understood what I was requesting, he entered in my info and told me the price, and I said thank you, I'll have to speak to my doctor before proceeding. He sighed loudly and stated "oh, so now you don't want it?". Why do you think I was asking for the price in the first place?? I will be switching pharmacies from now on. Extremely unprofessional - can they not hire better employees? I'm adding an extra star because the store staff are nice. It's the pharmacy staff that are the problem.

My go to spot for basically everything last minute. Pharmacy staff is helpful albeit extremely busy. This location has a great assortment of cosmetics and beauty items as well as wellness and last minute "sickness accessories" . Busy location- there may be a line for pharmacy pick up at peak hours, but can't blame them as they are generally well staffed. Thanks cvs- I would feel lost without you😆
