My experience wasn’t great. People asking for help or pressing the button for customer service and no one was helping the lady. The team member that was at the cash register didn’t even acknowledge the person asking for help just keep ringing up people like a robot. I remember clearly that I put my phone number to get my points and she cleared it and I asked did it go through and she lied saying it did and a receipt printed out when clearly I get my receipt through email. Never coming back the girl didn’t smile wasn’t welcoming. Knowing she was the only one in there with no customer service she shouldn’t be working there. I understand that we have our days but still you have a job to do.

I’ve read several not so positive reviews but Ive only been to this location twice and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. I came here to pick up a high demand prescription for my son who is diabetic. Because it’s in high demand it’s hard to find here in Las Vegas. Mike, in the pharmacy, told me that this location was out of the item I was looking for. But he still went the extra mile by calling other locations, even waiting on hold, to try to help me. When I finally threw in the towel, he printed out a bunch of information I would need to help find the item. He even printed out the addresses of other locations who show that they might possibly have the items. I just hope the pharmacists at the other locations are as friendly, professional, and helpful as Mike and his crew. Five stars from me!

I went in today, 5-10-2026, at 3:05. Needed nail glue, pushed button for help to let someone know. To come assist me. The help machine went off 3-4 times, saying help in needed in body wash department. I heard workers up front talking and laughing. I'm still standing with other objects in my hand. 10 minutes go by still no one comes. And, yes, I left all my objects and walked out. Since the new people have came in. None of them assist customers. Walgreens get your workers in order. You put all them new casters in that ain't helping customers

I'm an RN calling from a doctors office and they pick up and put me directly into HOLD. No "please hold thank you" nothing. How are my patients supposed to get their medication? Been on hold for 15 minutes then line disconnects. Did this 3 more times and no one picked up the phone. Just picks up, directly into hold. Please help your clients and your providers.
