The pharmacy at Walgreens on Decatur and Alta has the BEST Staff starting with Mary, Paul, Mark, etc. I am treated with respect, professionalism and caring when I deal with the staff. After 10 years of having all my prescriptions, vaccinations, etc. at this Walgreens I have never had an issue. They are courteous, prompt in handling my purchases and so knowledgeable about all my medications. To me, they are the people that are most important to me and others because they are the connection to getting the medicines that will keep us healthy.

Absolutely the best Walgreens in Vegas. I personally can't stand Walgreens but this one is a 5 minute walk from my house. Pharmacy staff provides prompt exceptional service with no BS, front register employees are always polite and helpful. I wish there were more stores with this kind of service.

Called the walgreens tonight at 8:50pm. Someone picked up and left me on hold for 11 minutes and hung up. Very bad customer service.

Disappointed that I purchased coffee creamer that expired Dec. 2025 and when I returned it, the clerk couldn't offer a sorry for my inconvenience.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. I tried to confirm if my refill was ready. Called all day regarding a prescription. Pharmacy Staff constantly put call on hold, answered then hung up, picked up call and stayed silent. Very odd. No one, I mean NO ONE - in the pharmacy at this Walgreens should ever do this to customers calling about prescriptions.
