I'm an instacart shopper so I am constantly in and out of numerous different stores and this particular Walgreens has every item locked up. I understand why they keep everything locked up because I live in that area and used to work for a Family Dollar nearby, where not a single day went by that someone, or multiple people, wouldn't steal. Now that I shop for other people for a living, my time inside a store is valuable and this kind of store where things aren't as easily accessible would normally be a nightmare! However, Lisa, who I was later told is a manager for this location, was extremely helpful, and made this shopping experience one of the quickest I have ever done because she dropped what she was doing to come unlock the first case for me, and then escorted me to each and every last item on my list and unlocked every case so I could get the things I needed. She had a lovely and positive attitude, which is rare in retail these days, and I was so grateful for her help, I had to come leave a positive review. I didn't happen to catch the cashier's name who I checked out with, but she was very helpful and pleasant as well. I ran into some trouble when my customer gave me a bad address, and so I ended up having to return all the items I had just purchased about 20 minutes later, and they had to put all the stuff I had just ordered back under lock and key and they weren't rude or annoyed with me, like people these days so frequently are when they have to put in any extra effort for good customer service... Their attitude was just as pleasant the second time around. Thanks guys!

Lady working the register on 10/20/25 at 1:08pm was so rude. I asked her a simple question and her response was unbelievable. Leave your marriage problems at home 💀

This place is great for when I need to go to the store but I don't quite need to go to the grocery store. They develop my pictures and take care of any pharmacy needs I may have the staff is friendly and they get me in and out quickly.

Do not come here. Everything is locked up due to it being a bad area! It’s not worth it!!! I hate waiting on someone to come unlock the doors. It’s like they look at everyone as a theif. Just go to the 711 next door if you can

They have their drinks locked up. Which is whatever but even though there was almost no one in the store I still waited 4 minutes without any employee coming to help after I pressed the button. So I left and went to 7-11 next door and got my Coke Zero in and out within two minutes.
