They have the worst drive up window of any pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Instead of just being for pick up for something you already ordered or for drop off, They allow people to drop something off and wait at the window. I am writing this as I have been waiting for over 30 minutes sandwich between five cars behind me and one car in front of me that’s still dealing with waiting for a prescription. Fix your drive up window! Have a policy place that transaction should be only for drop off of prescriptions or for pick up Nothing else

Since my last review a year ago as of late February early March 2024 I think the establishment has cut Help and doing so there are now very long weights at the pick up window as long as 20 minutes. I see cars back up and leave or park and walk all the way to the front strip entrance since they keep The Rear door locked all the time because they don’t want to post a security to watch for thieves so now customers have to walk all the way around to the front of the store. Also, when you talk to a pharmacist, they say your order will be ready at such and such a time so after a 20 minute wait at the pickup window the girl apologizes because it’s still not ready . So then we decided to have the order delivered. When the order hasn’t showed up after three business days, then the staff tells you that FedEx has not picked up the order yet to be delivered now that’s a bold face lie because FedEx is always on time, it’s their business. Corporate you are loosing many clients to the competition because there are many bad reviews here saying they will never return. Please step up your game! *************************++****This is long overdue but the staff at the pick up window is really very nice and has been helpful to us for a few years now. I just wanted to lift them up because the girls work very hard and they’re very nice especially since it’s kind of a rough neighborhood outside their protective windows where the drive-in is located. So close to The Sahara Hotel and a convenient stop to pick up water and snacks for wandering around Las Vegas. Great to have supplies on hand in between visiting all the restaurants. They always have security guards on site for safety.

the pharmacist and his crew are the worst , they are rude disrespectful and very unprofessional !!!!!They answer the phone and say “walgreens’s pharmacy please hold” and you’re on hold for 4 minutes and they pick up and say it again and again next thing you know the phone hangs up on you, i called to ask when can i pick up my medication because if you go there it’s never ready and they tell me come back after lunch when it is 9am and they are there just standing around laughing and talking in my face, it appears that walgreens just hire anyone. They need to get better customer service training and they must don’t know if we don’t get our prescriptions filled there they would have no jobs and it appears that will be the next move and walgreens’s will close down like the one of Charleston and lv blvd did, but i must say that one was better than this one and the crew was very courteous and professional!!!!
