Walgreens pharmacy, 2995 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89121 I keep filing complaints on this store, because I am being consistently harassed and lied to by the pharmacy. They will call and tell me prescription is ready for pick up. I pay time, labor and gas to get there only to be told the medication is not ready. This is a waste of my time and money. It infuriates me. They will not stop lying to me. Something must be done to stop this. I have complained 3 times now to no avail. I've asked them to Do something about this or I will be forced to seek legal representation to combat this abuse towards seniors. If it is happening to me, it's happening to others. Gas prices are too high to be making 2-3 trips to Walgreens because they don't know what they're doing and cannot get thier act together. I'm happy to get the media involved at this point.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy on April 29, 2026 around 7:45 PM. An urgent care provider called in a prescription and clearly stated it was a rush for a patient who was waiting. Instead of assisting, the staff member told them to “call back tomorrow” and then hung up. This level of customer service is unacceptable. When it comes to prescriptions—especially urgent ones—there should be a sense of care, urgency, and professionalism. Patients rely on pharmacies for timely support, and this situation showed a complete lack of concern. I hope management addresses this, because situations like this can directly impact someone’s health.

Always a pleasant experience. I visit 5 days a week to grab a drink and a snack on my 15 minutes break. Always speedy, friendly service.

Pharmacy has always been great, albeit sometimes a little slow, always friendly. I do get followed around the store, and a few weeks ago when I was leaving, the cashier at the front, the older white lady who had been following me around the store, asks me if I'm going to pay for my stuff. I should have just walked out, but I told her I paid at the pharmacy, which I did. Pretty rude.

They were great. I had a prescription in another state and I needed it badly. The pharmacy went above and beyond, I had it filled in less than 10 minutes.
