I am a very regular customer of Walgreens stores. I by chance chose this store today. I was in the OTC medicine area and found the medicine I was looking for and brought the store brand that was comparable to it to the pharmacist. She told me that the active ingredients were the same for a much better price. She did recommend another product to help with my digestive issues. I was looking for that product when an employee walked past me. I kindly asked if he could help me locate the product that the pharmacist had recommended to me. He was able to quickly find the product and I asked if he knew anything about the products I was buying. He did have some personal experience with the same issues I was having. I just think that Julian was over the top helpful to me. He was so kind and I wanted to give him 5+Stars. The world needs more people to be kind. Not to forget the cashier Nia was also very helpful and kind as well!!Great job Walgreens!Thanks !!

Walgrens is simply Horrible please recommend another place I can move my script. The wait the lack of info or customer service. You pick up a script and hours later they call you to pick up another script. They auto fill when you never requested. They have no knowledge of programs. I’ve received several check refund's from my insurance because I was over charged for copays for prescriptions how would you know. Beware of Walgreens!!! At lease until they improve.

i was looking for pregnancy test and i asked the security if she knows where it is since she's the only one i saw walking around the aisle. she kept saying "oh-uh" a couple of times, and i felt offended like she don't know my story, what if iv'e been trying and and hoping to get pregnant? as a security in the store, i think that was very unprofessional and none of your business. i get that you're just a security but you could've just said no you don't know where it's at. (April 1, 2026. around 9am)

Pharmacy is unhelpful, especially when the error is on their end. I spent hours waiting for a prescription to populate in their system, which never did. The Provider technicians called twice to figure out what was going on, with no resolve. Their indifference is an insult to patient care and the most vulnerable population.

It's a very popular pharmacy in the area and they're not very well stocked especially with good food. But I was able to get cash back and I guess it survives in the area that it's in . And serves them as good as they would like.
