This place is ridiculous especially the pharmacy department. They really need to get their shit together waited over 45 minutes just to get a freaking prescription that should’ve been filled already when I came in this morning.

I waited 3 days for a prescription and when I tried to switch it to a different pharmacy they couldn't fill it because Walgreens had marked it as filled even though it wasn't. I went back to Walgreens on a Friday and they asked if I need it today or if I could wait until Monday. I said I needed it and had to wait another 20 mins for them to fill it on the spot because it hasn't been started.

I normally don’t have any issues at this Walgreens, but today was unacceptable. I was picking up medication for my homebound client, and the pharmacist asked for ID — which was fine. My ID is stored in my secure digital wallet, and it is a valid, authentic form of identification. For reasons she never explained, the pharmacist refused to accept it and insisted on a physical ID only. When I calmly tried to clarify, she escalated the situation by threatening to call the police and have me removed from the store. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic human decency was astonishing — especially coming from someone in healthcare. This is not the kind of behavior anyone should have to experience, and certainly not what a homebound patient’s caregiver deserves when trying to pick up medication. I hope Walgreens reviews this pharmacist’s conduct immediately. This was entirely avoidable and deeply disappointing.

Clean store nice friendly staff who answered my questions and directing me in the right direction to locate the items I was looking for

I went to pick up some prescriptions, the drive-through was full so I went inside . Unfortunately, I needed to use the restroom so I went there first, the door was locked . I went to ger my prescriptions but there were busy filling and said they would be ready in a few minutes, so I asked the checker if she knew the code to the bathroom, she said she would call , I went to the restroom and waited, pushed a help button and another announcement came over and said help is needed at the restroom. A person showed up and said sorry the sign should of been changed because they ate being cleaned, I said there's no one back there ,no cleaning cart ,no mop bucket, no wet floor signs , just two locked doors , she said she's in there and went to go look unlocked the door and came back out and said see she's in there cleaning. I call BS a clean person is cleaning both bathrooms at the same time . At this point I just need to go but am not allowed. No one's cleaning she just doesn't want to let me use the bathrooms ,not sure of the use of them by the anyone else . Walgreens, needs to rethink their use of public restrooms in order to serve the public that are in there, trying to buy prescriptions and goods...
