Pharmacist Lowell is amazing - his care for customers and the team behind the counter are next level. The pharmacy IS busy and hold times and lines can be long however we need our neighborhood stores and I appreciate Lowell and his staff working to serve the area. It’s not perfect but in recent visits I felt everyone was friendly and working hard to make a difference.

The staff is so kind and friendly always goes above and beyond. The ladies who work in the photo department are absolutely amazing. One of my favorite stores on 30th street.

Night key holder Lisa is very unprofessional and rude. She makes up store policies so she don't have to do her job. I've tried to confirm the things she's said about policies with other stores/ staff and no one ever has any idea of what she saying or why. I enjoy shopping here as long as Lisa and her family aren't working!

Rachel has Awesome customer service. She was very kind and took the time to help me find the product I was looking for. She is definitely an asset to Walgreens

Since they took over Florence drugs prescriptions, I have never seen such horrible service. Even the manager of the pharmacy is not qualified. I made five trips to get my prescription right. Super funny I pulled in behind a lady at the drive-through that wasn’t any happier than I was. These guys don’t hold a candle to Florence drug. It’s a shame they are the closest to my house, but I’m still considering transferring my meds elsewhere. The manager was the worst of them all! I believe his name was Lowel or something like that.
